How Jeff Hardy Could Beat At Least One Felony Charge

As we reported earlier here at WrestlingNewsWorld.com, Jeff Hardy is due in court on Wednesday, September 30th to address charges from his arrest last Friday.

Hardy is charged with felony possession of cocaine, felony drug trafficking of opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to redistribute a Schedule III drug, maintaining a dwelling for drug use and/or distribution and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

If Hardy is able to provide the judge with a legal prescription for at least some of the painkillers the weight would be reduced and the trafficking charge would be dropped.
