Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart was arrested Sunday evening and booked on drug, burglary and theft charges. Neidhart is currently incarcerated in a Tampa jail on the following charges:
* POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITH IN (*95 OXYCOTIN*)
* POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITH IN (*28 METHODONE*)
* TRAFFICKING IN ILLEGAL DRUGS 4 TO 14 GRAMS (CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE/95 OXYCOTIN*)
* TRAFFICKING IN ILLEGAL DRUGS 4 TO 14 GRAMS (CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE/28 METHODONE**)
* BURGLARY OF AN UNOCCUPIED DWELLING
* GRAND THEFT THIRD DEGREE ($300 - $5,000)
Neidhart was arrested at 2:50 PM EDT at the University Community Hospital in Tampa, Florida. He was denied bail.
