Lawsuit Against Hustler Over Nude Nancy Benoit Photos Allowed To Proceed

In a decision with major legal implications, the Supreme Court has agreed to allow a lawsuit to proceed against Hustler magazine over the publication of nude photos of Nancy Benoit, the wife of Chris Benoit killed by Chris Benoit.

This decision has huge First Amendment implications. Given how Vince McMahon has tried to erase the existence of Chris Benoit from the history of the WWE, I'm sure he's cringing at all this publicity this continuing legal saga is bringing to the WWE.
