Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea will either plead guilty or no contest on criminal charges in court tomorrow. The charges stem from his car accident last August where he lost control of his father's Toyota Supra that he was driving, leaving his friend critically injured.
TMZ and MyFox Tampa Bay are reporting that there is no deal with prosecutors is in place and with Nick's open plea, the judge will have complete leeway on his sentence.
Bollea, 17, faces a maximum of five years in prison.
