ABC affiliate WTVD-TV ABC 11 out of Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina is reporting that the daughter of Ric Flair, Ashley Fliehr, was arrested in Chapel Hill on Friday. According to the report, Fliehr, 22, is being charged with assault on a police officer and is scheduled to appear in court to answer the charges on October 6th.
Chapel Hill Police responded to a disturbance call at an apartment complex where police officers found Ric Flair, his daughter Ashley Fliehr, and an unidentified 22-year-old man. ABC 11 Eyewitness News is reporting that the three were involved in an altercation that reportedly left Ric Flair "bloodied and bruised."
Flair did not file charges, however, his daughter is being charged with assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. They are calling it a "family matter that is now resolved."
