The story going around about Jeff Hardy is he was sent a package that included most of the drugs he was caught with. Apparently the person that sent the package tipped off the police and once Jeff took the package inside his home, police raided the premises.
The package included the majority of drugs Hardy was said to have. Bail was set for Hardy because police could not prove the drugs were his. This is also why Jeff is confident he's going to beat the charges and why Matt Hardy said Jeff was a victim of a "scam".
Jeff Hardy is due back in court on November 4th where it will be determined if he'll stand trial on charges brought against him.
