It’s been almost 5 years and some of us can’t get over it. I believe his message was sincere. TelePrompTer or not. Using a device to make something better does not mean he didn’t have some say in what was written. He has already been reelected. He does not have to pander for votes, but chose to make the speech anyways. I thought it was great.
