TMZ is reporting that Maryse Ouellet's request for a restraining order against 61-year-old Lee Silber has been granted.
A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge ordered Silber to stay at least 300 feet away from Maryse for the next three years.
The Miz accompanied Maryse, his real life girlfriend, to the court room and they both appeared "pleased" with the result on the way out.
