Punk took a pin fall loss (Agreed that his foot was on the rope) just a week before on RAW. Even during the NOC pay per view, Cena had the offence and pinned the champ. Incidentally cena's shoulders too were on the mat which resulted in a double pin/draw. nonetheless the WWE champ has been pinned 3 weeks in succession which doesnt look so good.

The match could've ended like – the ref losing control of the match or punk using a foreign object to get DQ'd etc instead of him having to take a pinfall loss..

After re-watching the Ryback vs Tensai match on Smackdown, I don't think Tensai sandbagged… and if he did, than he also sandbagged on Smackdown too; because nothing looked different between the two nights. Watch the moves side to side, from Raw and Smackdown, and the only difference is Ryback didn't get Tensai up this time.

Larry King as the social media ambassador?
Maybe I'm just out of touch with US social media trends (or social media trends in general), but can someone perhaps explain to me how that makes any sense? Is Larry King some sort of cult pop culture media icon or something? Because I just thought he was a really old newsreader/interviewer dude who had a lot of affairs in his time. Any help here?

Anyway, the reason why I'm wondering is that surely the point of the social media ambassador is ultimately to tempt casual/nonviewers to tune in to see what said ambassador is going on about. Wouldn't Larry King have completely the wrong demographic for any incarnation of the WWE? He's not kiddy like the current PG era scene, but he's not Attitude era style, or anywhere between. He doesn't make sense to me.

Why are you immediately jumping the gun and questioning his motives? You've made some drastic conclusion there. God the IWC can be such a joke sometimes acting as if they know the intentions and motives behind every action a wrestler does. I'll agree that the sandbagging on Tensai's part was uncalled for but to immediately make such rash assumptions(and get thumbed up for it) only displays the depth of stupidity and abundance of ignorance on many peoples part.

Eh, he sandbagged it. I'll let it slide. They played the flub off better than expected though especially with JR on commentary. I do have to say that Tensai's character and current run is disappointing me more and more…I was one of his most avid supporters and viewers when he debuted and even when he was receiving criticism.

The WWE champ is to be booked as the best in the company but it would be stupid to make him seem invincible. Like the other guy said it was a 2 on 1 situation and Punk was overpowered. He did not look weak whatsoever. If Punk and Ziggles had won the tag team champions would have looked like chumps so it's a lose-lose scenario either way. I honestly don't have a problem with the outcome especially if it's a one week thing. Even the champ can and ought to lose here and there in a non-title match. No harm done if booked right.

I thought someone like Austin or Foley will come out and surprise – there was nobody. This AJ GM thing is becoming boring by the day. You cant expect an authority figure to skip around with a crazy face. Once or twice is fine. 4 times in one show every week for 3 months? Talk about overkill!!!

It is not about 2 against 1 or 1 against 1. If someone is the WWE champ, you dont let him lose a match unless it is against the no.1 contender to build that challenger guy as a real threat.

What good has this loss done to either punk or tag team champs? Nothing right?

Wow, Albert is a real prick. He pulled a Bob Holly. Sandbagging is just absolutely unprofessional. If he is so jealous of the Ryback push, he should have made a better attempt to improve his ring work and get over. He has no one to blame but himself. I believe the dude is pushing 40, or already is past that point, and he still acts like a childish rookie? Pathetic.

I like the Ryback gimmick but think it is too early for him to go after the WWE champ… let him build some momentum with the IC or the US title and then progress to the main-event scene.

Lets hope ryback doesnt become another alberto del rio who is painfully holding on to the main event scene though the fans dont want to see him there
