Referee Error On Raw, JR's Thoughts, Latest Batista Return Vignette, What You Didn't See

- For those that missed it on this week's episode of Monday Night Raw, referee Marc Harris counted to three when The Great Khali's shoulder was not on the mat against Damien Sandow. The spot was called out on announce and JBL ragged on Harris. Harris made headlines earlier this year for blowing the finish to Natalya & The Great Khali vs. AJ Lee & Big E Langston. He defended his mistake with a rant on social media that was subsequently deleted.

Is Batista only coming back for one night or is he coming back on a contract like Chris Jericho?

    • Zach Johnson

      He’s back full time.

      • David F.

well only until summerslam probably and then he will film the guardian movie. Hopefully he will face Lesnar at some point in 2014

        • Jbreed

Actually one website reported he has signed a two year contract.

          • Mysterion

Where the hell is that information coming from? You’re all speculating. Simple as.

I’m just telling you all what I read. It could be true or it could be a bunch of bs.

        • Gary Robert

Guardians of The Galaxy comes out in October so I can’t imagine he’ll be filming only after Summerslam…the film itself would have to be done filming many months prior to the release.

Harris has become quite the clown. Let’s hope he keeps his mouth shut on this one and just lets it pass.

  • I’m glad I’m not the only one to remember his last mistake, didn’t recall it being a Khali match though. Maybe they’ll make a storyline out of it

It was a mistake during a Khali match. Who isn’t to say it wasn’t Khalis fault? He is a walking giant error.

This Harris guy is becoming a real liability to put on live TV every week. You can’t keep blowing matches on TV or you won’t have a job very long. Even if Khali’s shoulders were supposed to be down and weren’t. This guy should be paying attention and stop the count. It’s not like he can’t just start the count again after he tells the big moron to put his shoulders on the mat. There has to be some kind of believeability to the in-ring product. Or what’s the point?
