Rima Fakih Agrees To Plea Deal In DUI Case

In an update to Rima Fakih’s DUI case, a plea deal was reached this morning in Michigan, just hours before she was due to stand trial on the charges.

Fakih entered a plea of “no contest,” which resulted in prosecutors dropping the charge of operating while intoxicating. Sentencing is scheduled for May 9th where Fakih faces up to 93 days in jail.

After court, Fakih said the following in a statement to TMZ:

“You learn, you pay your price for making mistakes and you move on. I’m very happy I can put this behind me.”
