Ring Of Honor Cancels Return To The Carolinas – Official Statement

ROH Wrestling announced today they have canceled their return to the Carolinas, originally scheduled for later this month. Below is the official announcement:

Ring of Honor Wrestling regretfully announces that due to circumstances beyond our control we must cancel our upcoming live events in Winston-Salem, NC on July 27th & Spartanburg, SC scheduled for July 28th.

Full refunds are being offered to all fans who purchased tickets for these events.

For those who may have purchased your tickets at either the box office or through Ticketmaster, you should return the tickets to their original purchase location for your refund.

For those fans who purchased their tickets at ROHWrestling.com please mail your original tickets back to the following address:

Bristol, PA 19007

Please include your original purchase order number if they were purchased through ROHWrestling.com, as well as your name, mailing address, email address, and a daytime phone number at which you can be reached. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the tickets

    Yes.WWE wanted to epnaxd its marketing base and epnaxd its programming to children, which has been stable financially. Children ask their parents to buy WWE merchandise and they are probably the biggest contributing factor to WWE’s merchandise being sold. I hardly see adults or even teenagers wearing as much WWE merchandise as the kids, so it is a good business decision on WWE’s part to try attracting children to their programming. With parents becoming more protective of what their children watch, it was definitely a good way to epnaxd its fanbase. WWE can’t always stick with the same fans.Since going PG, WWE can connect to more areas that have children and are more family friendly, which is the reason WWE has been getting more advertisements like the ones you named above. As much as I dislike Vince McMahon, you cannot deny that he’s a marketing genius and knows how to make money.
