Ring Of Honor Does Over 1 Million Viewers But Why They Are Still Not On The Mainstream Doorstep

Ring of Honor's television show on networks owned by Sinclair Broadcasting Group is beginning to make people talk because they're putting up numbers.

Amid reports the show was mirroring the numbers of TNA Impact Wrestling in recent weeks, Charlie Haas said last week's show did over one million viewers. While the numbers are good, they aren't everything.

Ring of Honor failed their most-recent test of expansion with their November 6th house show from the The Gateway Center in Collinsville, Illinois, which only did 325 paid. This was down from the last time ROH ran in the venue that did over 400 paid. I'm also told advances for upcoming shows are either flat or below expectations.

Here's a look at ROH's upcoming schedule:

* Tomorrow night from the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Dayton, Ohio
* Saturday from the Frontier Fieldhouse in Chicago Ridge, Illinois
* December 3rd from the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium in Spartanburg, South Carolina
* December 4th from the Greensboro Coliseum (Special Events Center), in Greensboro, North Carolina
