November 12th: Ring of Honor is set to kickoff a big weekend of action starting Friday night in Novi, Michigan (just outside of Detroit) with a live event at Rock Financial Showplace, 46100 Grand River Avenue, Novi, MI 48374. Bell time is 8:00 PM. The main event features Austin Aries defending the ROH World Title against Davey Richards. Other bouts include Japanese sensation Katsuhiko Nakajima vs. Kenny Omega; Kevin Steen & El Generico vs. The Young Bucks; Tyler Black vs. Claudio Castagnoli; Roderick Strong vs. Chris Hero; Kenny King & Rhett Titus vs. Colt Cabana & Delirious; plus more. November 12th: On Saturday night we're in the Toronto area with our first event at the International Centre, 6900 Airport Road, Hall 4A, Mississauga, Ontario L4V 1E8. Bell time is 7:30 PM. The main event features Austin Aries vs. Kenny Omega. If Aries retains the title on Friday night this match will be for the ROH World Title. Other bouts include Tyler Black vs. Roderick Strong; El Generico vs. Katsuhiko Nakajima; Chris Hero vs. Kevin Steen; Jay & Mark Briscoe vs. Erick Stevens & Joey Ryan of The Embassy; plus more. November 12th: The Buy 3, Get 2 Free Ring of Honor DVD Sale will be in effect exclusively at both live events this weekend in Novi, MI and Mississauga, Ontario.

November 12th: Final Battle gets bigger! As announced yesterday at ROHWrestling.com, both Jack Evans and Teddy Hart are making their way back to ROH in December! ROH officials want to openly thank AAA for making this possible. The addition of Evans and Hart to the previously announced Rocky Romero and Alex Koslov is great for ROH fans and we are unquestionably excited about their participation. Match announcements for all four AAA talents are coming soon right here in the ‘Wire.

November 12th: This weekend's events in Novi, MI and Mississauga, ON will undoubtedly have an impact on the Pick 6 Contenders Standings. The current rankings and Pick 6 matchups are posted at the top of the ROH Message Forum and are updated following every ROH event. There are three big contenders matches signed for this Friday night in suburban Detroit, and after that event, the contenders matches for Saturday in suburban Toronto will be updated. The current "Pick 6" are:

3. Kenny Omega
4. Colt Cabana
5. Delirious
6. Claudio Castagnoli

November 12th: The latest edition of the ROH Videowire is uploaded and available for viewing at this link. This is chock full of information as we roll on tour this weekend, with interviews from Kevin Steen about his match against Chris Hero on Saturday, The Embassy introduces the Monster Stevens, and ROH World Champion Austin Aries has some stern words for Davey Richards before their Title Bout in Detroit. This, plus Kenny Omega's thought on Aries before they do battle in Toronto, Roderick Strong lays it on the line to Tyler Black, and we get words from Rhett Titus and Kenny King, "That Young Knockout Kid" Chris Hero, and Claudio Castagnoli has a chat with Jim Cornette!

November 12th: After a terrible knee injury and a year-long rehabilitation, ROH officials are happy to announce that The Human Tornado is RETURNING TO ROH! The charismatic Californian has signed to appear when ROH debuts in Los Angeles on January 29th! ROH officials are looking forward to Tornado's return and hope to secure more dates with him going forward.

November 12th: Check out "Invasion of the Body Slammers", a tremendous article in the Philadelphia CityPaper by Shaun Brady. Brady takes a look at the South Philly wrestling scene, and ROH is featured in the piece.

November 12th: Signed for Chicago on December 5th is a singles match that is sure to have a huge impact on the Pick 6. Roderick Strong's 2009 has arguably been better than anyone on the ROH roster. Kenny Omega's rise to fame has come quick and has no sign of slowing down. What will happen when these to men face off in Chicago with rankings at stake? Be there on December 5th and find out! November 12th: Kevin Steen saw a third doctor for his chronic knee issues earlier this week. He will still appear as scheduled for both events this weekend.

November 12th: Steve Corino did far less talking during his return to Ring of Honor than many expected. That, however, did not stop him from making an immediate physical impact. Corino refused to face his opponent last Friday night, coming to the ring in street clothes and choosing instead to forfeit, and then went on to beat Lance Lude senseless anyway. Then on Saturday night, Corino made extremely short work of "Right Leg" Ridge, finishing him off with a devastating reverse piledriver and sliding lariat. Many have wondered about Corino's motives, and while speaking with HDNet producers on camera, Corino mentioned that he "has his eye on someone" in Ring of Honor. Corino will be a part of Final Battle weekend on 12/18 in Manassas, VA and 12/19 in New York City.

November 12th: Just signed for this Friday night just outside of Detroit is tag team action! The House of Truth, Christin Able and Josh Raymond with Truth Martini, will oppose the team gunning for the World Tag Team Titles on 12/19 – Mark and Jay – The Briscoe Brothers!

November 12th: Final Battle Weekend already has an impressive list of talent with Teddy Hart, Jack Evans, Rocky Romero, Alex Koslov, and Steve Corino. In addition, already announced for 12/19 in NYC is the American Wolves versus the Briscoe Brothers for the ROH will be a part of the festivities: ROH World Champion Austin Aries, Kevin Steen and El Generico, Roderick Strong, and the Necro Butcher!
