Welcome to this week’s Ring of Honor! We start of the show with a highlight of last week’s Proving Ground match between Caprice Coleman and Cedric Alexander and The Briscoes. Spots are shown by both teams, bring out the best in both teams. World’s Greatest Tag Team intervene in the match, taking out The Briscoes. C & C get a victory over The Briscoes, but look confused.

Tommaso Ciampa, along with the rest of Embassy Ltd., enter the ring. Matt Taven makes his way down to the ring.

Tommaso Ciampa vs. Matt Taven

Before the match starts, Matt Taven skins the cat into the ring. Ciampa catches Matt in a Full Nelson, and does a Suplex. Ciampa goes to grab Taven who is on the apron, but Matt does an Enziguri. Matt pulls the ropes down, sending a running Ciampa out of the ring. Matt dives on a grounded Ciampa. Jay Lethal comes down to the ring with a chair, and watches on. Matt is picked up by Ciampa, and is hit with a Jackhammer. Ciampa begins ripping the padding on the floor off, preparing Matt for a move. Taven reverses and does a Suplex to Ciampa on the exposed floor. Ciampa pulls his way up, and slowly gets in the ring. Taven follows behind, also injured. The two begins exchanging fists in the middle of the ring. Matt whips Ciampa, but Tommaso kicks Taven. Matt does an Enziguri to Ciampa, followed by a Roundhouse Kick. Ciampa is pinned, but a kick out. Taven runs the ropes towards Taven, and Ciampa takes out Taven’s knee with a Dropkick. Ciampa goes for Project Ciampa, but Taven gets Ciampa on the top rope. Taven does a Swinging Neck Breaker and pins. Kick out by Ciampa. Taven goes on the top rope, but Ciampa climbs up too. Tommaso tries to grab him, but Taven knocks him off. Matt then does a Frogsplash and pins. Kick out by Ciampa. Taven grabs Ciampa, but gets hit with a jumping knee. Taven falls, and Ciampa pins. Kick out. Ciampa goes for a Shining Wizard, but Taven ducks and rolls up Ciampa. Kick out. Taven goes top rope, but Ciampa ties Matt on the Tree of Woe. Ciampa hits a running knee to Taven’s head. Ciampa signals to Lethal, and does Project Ciampa for the win.

Winner: Tommaso Ciampa via pinfall

backstage, Veda Scott is interviewing TJ Perkins. TJ says he has beaten Mike before, but he can’t. Matt and Nick Jackson come in calling TJ Perkins an emo. TJ says next time he is interrupted by them again, he will knock their teeth to the back of their head. TJ leaves, pushing Matt.

Mike Mondo makes his way to the ring. TJ Perkins makes his way to the ring.

“No Fear” Mike Mondo vs. “Technical Lightning” TJ Perkins

The bell rings and the two lock up. TJ quickly gets the arm off Mondo, and gets the head. Mondo goes for a Backdrop Suplex, but TJ flips over. TJ then does a Jumping Neckbreaker. Pin, but a kick out. TJ does a Hurricanrana to Mondo, sending him to the outside. TJ goes for a dive, but Mike moves away. TJ gets back in the ring, and Mondo sneaks up from behind. Mike slams TJ’s head into the turnbuckles. Mondo grabs TJ’s face, dragging him around the ring. Mondo picks up TJ by his head and slams him down. Pin,but a kick out. Mondo brings TJ to the outside. Mondo goes for slam Perkins into the apron, but TJ pushes Mike into the barricade. TJ runs to kick Mike, but he moves. Mondo grabs TJ and slams him into the barricade. Mondo drags TJ back in the ring, and pins. Kick out by Perkins. Mike gets an elbow into the face of TJ, and begins pushing pressure on Perkins’ face. Mike knees TJ in the face, but TJ begins to fight back. Kicks and Forearms follow his beating, but it soon resumes. TJ has his face pushes into the barricade by Mondo. Mike begins wrenching the neck of TJ, and begins elbowing his head. Mondo begins pulling TJ’s eyelid back, contemplating biting it. TJ begins chopping him, but is whopped by Mondo. TJ jumps on the rope and does a Crossbody. Pin, but a kick out. Mondo runs towards TJ, but he does a Droptoe Hold. TJ does a Dropkick to Mondo, and pins. Kick out. The Young Bucks make their way to the rung, TJ goes top rope, but Matt grabs his leg. TJ goes to the outside, but gets thrown back in. TJ is whipped, but does Spider’s Den. Mondo runs to TJ, but is sent to the outside. TJ then dives onto Mike and TYB. Mondo gets back in the ring, and wins the match with a Double Underhook DDT.

Winner: “No Fear” Mike Mondo via pinfall

Inside ROH:

  • WGTT begin talking about The Briscoes saying they deserve everything they get. WGTT say the only thing they are interested in are the tag belts. They say they don’t need honor, just the belts. The Briscoes say they did start the feud between the two teams, but regardless won’t lose their belts. They have a fight without honor, and they say they are out of honor.
  • Truth Martini talks about his employee’s matches. Roderick Strong say he know Fit Finlay likes to fight, and will bring him just that. Michael Elgin is the next breakout star. Rhyno says he will leave Eddie in a pile of his out blood, piss and s–t with a gore. Eddie says he is done with the talking, and will prove in the ring why he won’t die.
  • Mike Bennett says he dislike the fact that he needs to wrestle Lance Storm in Canada. Mike says in front of his home country, he will end his career in Ring of Honor. Mike says he will prove why The Prodigy is better then the so called best.

Veda Scott is backstage interviewing Kyle O’Reilly. Kyle says Kevin throws throws stones at him, because he can’t understand him. Kyle says Kevin is fat, ugly and smelly, and can’t grasp the concept of why he is liked. Kyle says he will make sure everyone wakes up from “Wrestling’s Worst Nightmare”.

Kyle O’Reilly makes his way to the ring. Kevin Steen makes his way to the ring, with Jimmy Jacobs.

“Wrestling’s Worst Nightmare” Kevin Steen w/ Jimmy Jacobs vs. Kyle O’Reilly

Kyle kicks Steen in the face, but Kevin begins pounding Kyle. Kevin claws Kyle’s eyes, and goes for a Suplex. Kyle gets out, and sweep’s Kevin’s leg. Kevin rolls to the floor and Kyle follows. Kyle begins kicking Steen, but Kevin grabs Kyle’s leg. Kevin slams Kyle’s leg into the corner post. Kevin then slams Kyle on the apron with a Powerbomb.

Kevin Steen whips Kyle from the corner, and charges at him. Kyle moves away, and Steen gets a shoulder full of steel post. Steen is on the outside, and Kyle does a Missile Dropkick to Steen into the barricade. Kyle does another Missile Dropkick from the top rope, knocking Steen down. Kyle gets Steen’s arm on the ropes, but Steen reverses with a DDT. Steen puts Kyle in the corner and does a Cannonball. Pin, but a kick out. Steen picks up Kyle, but Kyle reverses into an Arm Bar. Steen grabs the ropes getting out of the hold. Kyle tries to whip Steen, but Kevin spits on him. Kyle gets mad, and begins kicking him. Kyle runs the ropes, but Steen hits a Powerbomb. Steen picks up Kyle’s mouthpiece and puts it in his mouth. Kevin locks in an Ankle Lock, but Kyle reverses into an Enziguri. Kyle throws his mouthpiece at Jimmy Jacobs. Steen capitalizes and wins with the F5.

Winner: “Wrestling’s Worst Nightmare” Kevin Steen

Steen and Jacobs begin attacking Kyle, with the tennis racket. Kevin locks in the Ankle Lock, but Davey Richards comes to the ring. Davey locks in the Ankle Lock, but Jimmy hits Richards with a low blow. Referees come to the ring, and pull the two apart. Steen and Richards are arguing as we go to break.

Davey grabs a mic and calls out Steen. Davey says Kevin will never take his belt, but will also make him feel helpless. Davey says the wolf is back, and the hunt is coming to Steen.
