As previously reported, Scott Steiner and TNA Wrestling are due back in court on Friday in Nashville, Tennessee in regards to Steiner's countersuit against the company.
TNA originally filed suit against Steiner when he posted disparaging remarks about the company as well as Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff on Twitter. Steiner filed a countersuit, claiming the company failed to provide accounting on royalties owed to him as well as non-payment of royalties.
TNA filed a motion to dismiss the countersuit because of a clause in Steiner's contract that would require him to inform them of a possible contract breach and allow thirty days to fix it before filing litigation.
We noted of internal concern in TNA over Steiner's countersuit due to issues revealed here.
