Script Flipped On Cesaro; Kevin Steen’s WWE Start Date

Script Flipped on Cesaro

The script has been flipped with Cesaro. He went from aligning with Paul Heyman in hopes a of a big push to having his abilities used to put others over. Cesaro put Jack Swagger (w/Zeb Colter) over on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw and is just 2-16 (including tag matches) since July 1, 2014.

Kevin Steen’s WWE Start Date

WWE carried the signing of Kevin Steen in a new feature piece here on dot com. The piece includes a Q&A as Steen reveals it was William Regal that scouted him at a Pro Wrestling Guerrilla show on August 31, 2013. Steen will start at the WWE Performance Center on Monday, August 25, 2014.

Cesaro’s situation literally makes no sense. Who did he piss off backstage for this to happen?

    • Patrick

Cesaro didn’t piss off anytbody backstage….he has a Boss ( Vince ) who changes his mind on Cesaro more times then a women does.

It makes you question things. You look at the dude and you see a stud – he can wrestle and he looks like jason statham. Where do you go wrong? haha

  • Venom

I winter what Kevin Steens name going to be? I just hope if he comes in RAW they use his ROH music.

    • Venom

Damn I wrote winter instead of wonder. I wish the website would work on the original iPad as I hate commenting on my phone.

Who knows WWE may bring him up to the roster as a Rosebud!!!!!!!!!

  • Chris

My only hope is that Cesaro, while they don’t really know what to do with him right now, gets a huge rebound by the time of the Rumble and either wins it, or someone gets “cheated” out of the match.

In Cesaro case, the grass is not always greener on the other side. He was better off as a Zeb Colter guy. Majority of the roster that creative has no plans for becomes jobbers. He is too talented to have his momentum killed to the point of no rebound but it is possible.

he wont be able to use the package piledriver either

    • Dave Barton

The “package piledriver” is literally the only thing I know Steen for, other than being an ROH guy. I have never seen a single Steen match or promo, but I know the IWC is high up on him, so I hope for the best to come out of his recent signing.

Fan: Have you ever heard of the old phrase, Carpe Diem?

Creative: What is that? A day for fish or something?

  • Jay El Bee

I like Cesaro but lets be honest here the guy has never been able get over on his own for some reason. Now sure he got somewhat over as part of the Real Americans but that had more to do with the their chant which was popular long before he joined the group and because he had a popular signature move, but as Scotty 2 Hotty proved a popular signature move do not make guarantee you anything more than being a midcard act at best. Also it didn’t help that the WWE paired him with a guy that hasn’t been able to get anyone over that’s needed it since Lesnar debuted.

Vince is a god damnn idiot. To have a man THAT talented and use him as an “enhancement talent” is a joke! That’s like using Kevin Durant as a garbage time bench player. Vince is the worst at utilizing talent properly.
