WWE has officially announced Sheamus vs. Alberto Del Rio for WWE Night Of Champions next month.

WWE Night of Champions 2012 will take place Sunday, September 16, 2012 from TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. We’ll have exclusive live play-by-play coverage here at WrestlingNewsWorld.com.

For a business based on fan reaction, they keep failing to realize that almost nobody cares about Del Rio, and more than likely because of his feud with Del Rio, some people don't care about Sheamus. Nobody I have talked to is interested in this feud. Not even my 60-something year old aunt who gets really into all the storylines and characters. I can understand WWE piping in crowd reactions for guys because they want that person to be successful, but once people go to the show, the cat's gonna be outta the bag and people will realize what's going on. As a result, WWE will just come out of this looking like a sad, sorry joke. This feud will not help and may very easily be why the ratings suck.

PLEASE LORD let this finally be the blow-off match. This feud is getting very old for me. Sheamus needs to move on and work with somebody new. So does Del Rio. I could see Del Rio and Orton feuding for #1 contender status with Orton finally being named the guy. Take this opportunity with those two involved in something to put someone new up against Sheamus. Give someone new some main event cred. As long as they finish up Del Rio and Sheamus at N.O.C. I wouldn’t really care what they did next. I’ll just be happy when its over.

They REALLY want us to like Del Rio eh? Sheamus and Orton could have a great feud against each other but they keep giving us the same match over and over again, which wouldnt be bad if the storyline and characters were intriguing, but people are bored by this. I like Sheamus a lot, but Im just sick of Del Rio. Give the strap to Ziggler and have him fued with Wade Barrett, put Sheamus in a fued with Orton, and move Del Rio down to midcard.
