Skip Sheffield Gets A Gimmick Change; Harley Race Update

-Former Nexus member Skip Sheffield has changed his Twitter handle to Ryback22, and has been performing under the name Ryback in dark matches. He has previously used the name Ryback in WWE’s developmental system, which had him adopting a Terminator-esque character. Thanks to Wrestling News World reader Mohammad Abulawi for sending this in.

I from Iowa and I remember Harley Race putting on shows and the guy I used to train withs ring and Harley would always help set up the ring and he always made his wrestlers help. He was a really nice guy, I’m sure he still is!

Really interesting article on Harley Race. The fact that he’s still training students will keep that “old school” style alive and well. Which is definitely a very good thing.

His original name in DSW was "Silverback", so far, it's been my favorite of his gimmicks. He was a babyface who destroyed everyone and did the whole beating on the chest thing. I know it sounds like just a typical big guy gimmick, but he had a real ring personality that made it work.
