Welcome to this week’s Smackdown! The show begins with a teaser of what’s to come tonight. The Shield continues their assaults in favor of CM Punk, some of which include Kane, Daniel Bryan and Ryback. Tonight’s Main Event will be Sheamus facing Dolph Ziggler, as well as Cena being advertised.

John Cena makes his way to the ring. A highlight is shown from last week, when Cena tweaks his knee while attempting  Five Knuckle Shuffle. Ziggler tried to take advantage of the distracted ref by hitting Cena with his briefcase, but was hit with an Attitude Adjustment for the win.

Cena says it may seem mysterious he is on Smackdown, but is exited to tonight’s Main Event. Cena says it involves Dolph Ziggler. Cena says Dolph is focused on him and his business, so Cena will do the same. Cena says Ziggler’s greatest accomplishment is being World Champion — for 2 minutes. Also, Cena says Dolph is a man in a teenage girl’s body. Cena says he will cash in his contract, and lose his identity should he lose. Cena says he faced Dolph on Raw, and Ziggler lost. Cena says Ziggler won’t be in a match, but a fight, taking on Sheamus. Alberto Del Rio interrupts.

Del Rio says Cena shouldn’t be worried about Ziggler, but him. Del Rio says it’s his show. Cena says the last time he checked, it was the Universe’s. Alberto reminds Cena he is a Royal Rumble winner, Money in the Bank winner and former two-time WWE Champion. Del Rio says the last time they faced in a ring, Del Rio beat Cena. Del Rio tells Cena to leave his show. Cena says he remembers Del Rio’s accomplishments, but figured he would have a match tonight anyway. Cena throws a punch at Del Rio.

John Cena vs. Alberto Del Rio

Cena and Del Rio lock up, as Del Rio gets a Headlock applied. Cena backs Del Rio into the ropes, as Del Rio runs. After doing a Leapfrog, Cena connects with an Arm Drag. Del Rio rolls to the floor. Cena charges to Del Rio on the apron, but Alberto snaps John’s neck against the ropes. Del Rio gets back in the ring and kicks Cena to the floor. Cena’s head is put into the table, and rolled back into the ring. Del Rio goes top rope, and connects with a Double Axe Handle. Pin, but a kick out. Del Rio places Cena in the corner, and throws kicks. Cena punches Del Rio to the opposite corner, but is whipped back to the original corner. Del Rio stomps on Cena’s back, following with a kick to the head. Del Rio connects again with a boot to Cena’s face. Del Rio connects with a Snap Suplex. Pin, but a kick out. Del Rio locks in an Arm Trap Chinlock. Cena stands up, but is kneed in the gut. Del Rio goes for another Suplex, but Cena preforms one of his own. Cena charges to Del Rio in the corner, but his shoulder meets the ring post after Del Rio moves. Alberto connects with an Enziguri to Cena’s chest, following by pulling John’s arm in the ropes. Del Rio goes top rope again, connecting with another Axe Handle. Pin, but a kick out. Del Rio kicks Cena in the arm, following with wrenching said arm behind Cena’s head.

Del Rio jumps off the top rope, missing with a Senton as Cena moves. Cena runs the ropes, and connects with two Shoulder Blocks. Cena follows with a Body Slam, and a Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena goes for the AA, but is hit with a Backstabber. Pin, but a kick out. Del Rio goes for the Cross Arm Breaker, but Cena reverses into a Neckbreaker. Cena goes top rope, but is kicked in the head with an Enziguri. Cena falls off and is covered. Pin, but a kick out. Cena crawls his way up in the corner, but manages to dodge another Enziguri. Cena goes for an STF, but Del Rio reverses into a Tilt-a-whirl Backbreaker. Pin, but a kick out. Del Rio goes top rope, jumping off for another Axe Handle. Cena connects with a Dropkick to Del Rio’s gut. Both men are down. Cena is first up, and picks up Alberto. Del Rio reverses into the Cross Arm Breaker. Cena reverses into the STF. Del Rio crawls to the bottom rope, breaking the hold. Del Rio rolls to the apron, and connects with an Arm Bar while Cena is still in the ring. After the 5 count and the hold is broken, Del Rio kicks Cena from the apron. Del Rio attempts to do a Slingshot move off the ropes, but Cena picks up Del Rio for an AA. Alberto gets out, and reverses into a German Suplex Hold. Pin, but a kick out. Cena has his legs tied into the Tree of Woe, as Del Rio kicks John in the side. Del Rio goes for a dive into Cena, but John pulls himself up sending Del Rio into the ring post. John goes top rope, and connects with a Leg Drop to the back of Del Rio’s head for the win.

Winner: John Cena via pinfall

John celebrates on the top of the ramp, but is ambushed from behind by Ziggler. Dolph hit Cena in the back of the head with his briefcase, and slowly backs away.

A highlight is shown from Raw’s Main Event, where CM Punk defeated Kane. After the match, The Shield attacks Kane. Daniel Bryan attempts to save his partner, but is also attacked.

Backstage, Daniel Bryan and Kane are looking at each other as Kofi Kingston comes up to them. Kofi says they have a Six Man Tag Match against Wade Barrett and The Primetime Players. Daniel says his partner is one of the most destructive forces in WWE history, who will eviscerated his opponents. Kane says his partner is a dangerous submission specialist who can make men twice his size scream in pain. Kane reiterates Kofi’s question if they are on the same page, following with a “Yes!” from both Kane and Bryan.

Cena is talking with Booker T backstage, saying he will attack Dolph when he sees him. Booker says Sheamus and Dolph Ziggler need to remain uninterrupted. Booker asks for Cena to do it for him.

The Great Khali w/ Hornswoggle vs. David Otunga

David attempts attacking Khali, but is met with a Brain Chop. Otunga rolls to the floor, but is sat on by Hornswoggle. David chases Hornswoggle, but is met with a chop by Khali. Otunga runs to Khali, but is chopped again.

Winner: The Great Khali via pinfall

WWE Tag Team Champions Hell No (Daniel Bryan and Kane) and WWE Intercontinental Kofi Kingston vs. Primetime Players (Darren Young and Titus O’Neil) and Wade Barrett

Kane and Darren start off, as Kane backs Darren into the corner. Kane throws fists and backs up. Kane chokes Darren with his foot, following by throwing him into his corner. Daniel is tagged, as Kane whips him into Young. Daniel connects with a Dropkick. Daniel throws kicks to Darren. Daniel tags Kane, and does a Snapmare. Kane connects with a Dropkick and pins. Kicks out. Kane begins pulling on Darren’s arm, as he knees it against the mat. Kane whips Darren, as Young tags Titus. Kane connects with a Big Bot, and a Clothesline sending O’Neil over the top rope. Daniel is tagged as he runs off the apron and connects with a knee.

Darren is hit with a Dropkick by Kofi and is pinned. Kick out. Kane is tagged, as Kane kicks Darren in the ribs. Kane connects with an elbow to Darren’s face while against the ropes. Daniel is tagged, as he and Kane do a Double Arm Drag to Young. Pin, but a kick out. Daniel connects with a European Uppercut. Titus does a blind tag, and Darren whips Bryan into Titus’ boot. Titus stomps on Daniel, and does a Body Slam. Darren and Titus both do a Shoulder Block. Darren is tagged, as he does a Surfboard Stretch to Daniel. Young transitions into a Waist Lock, as Titus is tagged. Barrett is immediately tagged. Wade connects with a Pumphandle Slam. Pin, but a kick out. Barrett locks in a Chinlock, but Daniel stands out. Daniel is whipped in the corner, but is hit with a Winds of Change. Pin, but a kick out. Titus is tagged as he chokes Daniel with his knee. Darren does a Leg Drop to Daniel while the ref’s back is turned. Darren is tagged, as he is dropped in a Front Suplex onto Daniel from Titus. Pin, but a kick out. Darren locks in a Chinlock, but Daniel punches out. Darren and Daniel trade blows, but Bryan is hit with a Northern Lights Suplex. Pin, but a kick out. Titus is tagged, as he does some Backbreakers to Daniel. Bryan is thrown into the corner, but kicks a running Titus in the face. Darren and Kane are both tagged, as Kane preforms some clotheslines in the corner. Wade is attacked off the apron, and Darren is hit with a Sidewalk Slam. Kane goes top rope and connects with a Clothesline. Pin, but Titus breaks the pin. Kofi attacks Titus, and does a Trouble in Paradise to Barrett on the apron. Darren clotheslines Kofi to the floor and goes top rope. Darren is caught in a Chokeslam, and tags Daniel. Bryan preforms a Diving Headbutt and locks in the No Lock for the win.

Winners: WWE Tag Team Champions Hell No and WWE Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston via pinfall

Matt Striker interviews Sheamus backstage, as he speaks of his match with Dolph Ziggler. Sheamus says Cena won’t get involved, but Dolph still has to face him. Sheamus says every opponent he has been in the ring has looked like the Big Show, meaning he will punch harder and kick harder. Sheamus says Dolph calls himself the Show Off, but will “show off” his head after he kicks if off his shoulders.

Damien Sandow comes to the ring, saying that he had tried to enlighten the WWE Universe. Sandow says he will not abandon them, but speaks of his new focus. Damien, instead of being focused on the Universe, will attempt to share his knowledge on an individual basis. Damien brings a fan in the ring, saying it is his privileged to be a potential apprentice. Damien asks a series of questions to the fan, and if they are answered correctly, he will become his apprentice. After two simple questions, Damien asks what the orbital velocity of Jupiter’s Moon, Europa, is. The fan doesn’t know and Damien says he has embarrassed himself and his family and is asked to leave the ring, state and country.

Damien Sandow vs. Tyson Kidd

Tyson begins kicking Damien, but Sandow rolls to the floor. Kidd jumps on the apron, but is tripped. Damien smashes his back into the apron, and rolls him back in the ring. Tyson has his arm kneed. Damien connects with a Russian Legsweep followed by an Elbow of Distain. Pin, but a kick out. Damien locks in Headlock, but Tyson runs the ropes. Kidd connects with a Crossbody. Tyson connects with an Enziguri to the back of a cornered Sandow, followed by a Dropkick to the side of Damien’s head. Damien rolls to the floor, as Kidd does a Suicide Dive. Kidd rolls Damien back in the ring, and does a Springboard Elbow Drop. Damien puts his knees up, and connects with the Terminus.

Winner: Damien Sandow via pinfall

Matt Striker is interviewing Dolph Ziggler, saying he lost because of AJ. Ziggler says Cena didn’t mind to take advantage of the situation, yet still is called the bad guy. Dolph says Cena had an affair with AJ for over a month, and is the biggest liar. Ziggler says he is the Show Off, Show Stealer and is so  damn sick off being so damn sick. Ziggler says when he faces Sheamus, he will be looking at the next World Heavyweight Champion.

The Usos make their way to ring. 3mB make their way to the ring.

3MB (Heath Slater and Jinder Mahal) w/ Drew McIntyre vs. Jimmy and Jey Uso

Heath is taken into the corner, as Jimmy is tagged. Jimmy connects with a headbutt. Pin, but a kick out. Heath trips Jimmy as he is on the top rope. Jinder is tagged, as he does a Butterfly Suplex, followed by a Chinlock. Jimmy chops Jinder and tags Jey. Jey connects with an uppercut and a Samoan Drop. Jey runs into Jinder, with a Running Stinkface. Jey runs the ropes, but is kicked in the head by Slater. Jinder connects with a Full Nelson Slam for the win.

Winners: 3MB via pinfall

Dolph Ziggler makes his way to the ring.

Shemus makes his way to the ring.

Mr. Money in the Bank Dolph Ziggler vs. Sheamus

Dolph and Shemus lock up, as Dolph is backed into the corner. Dolph rolls to the floor, and rolls back in. Dolph locks in a Waist Lock, but is taken down in a Headlock Takedown by Sheamus. Dolph takes out Shemus with a Clothesline, but is punched in the corner. Sheamus whips Dolph, as Ziggler kicks Sheamus. Sheamus takes down Ziggler with a Back Elbow. Sheamus connects with a Body Slam, followed by a Dolph Ziggler-esqe Elbow Drop. Pin, but a kick out. Dolph throws Sheamus to the floor, and dives on him. Sheamus catches him, and connects with a Fallaway Slam into the barricade. Dolph is rolled back into the ring, only to crawl out on the other side. Sheamus keeps him in the ring, shouldering him in the gut. Sheamus is hit with a Stunner as Sheamus goes for his chest punches, and is taken to the floor with a boot from Ziggler.

Ziggler is stomping Sheamus in the corner, followed by a corner splash. Pin, but a kick out. Dolph connects with an Elbow Drop, and pins. Kick out. Ziggler locks in a Headlock, but is hit with a Back Suplex. Ziggler has his punch reversed, but Ziggler trips Sheamus into the ropes. Dolph jumps to the apron, and kicks Sheamus’ head. Pin, but a kick out. Sheamus chokes Sheamus in the corner with his boot. Ziggler is sent to the apron, and has chest punched. Sheamus follows with a Suplex. Sheamus goes top rope, but jumps off. Ziggler misses with the Brouge Kick, and Dolph connects with a Jumping DDT. Pin, but a kick out. Ziggler runs the ropes, but is hit with the Irish Curse Backbreaker. Pin, but a kick out. Ziggler is picked up, but rolls up Sheamus. Sheamus goes for White Noise, but attempts a roll up. Sheamus locks in a Texas Cloverleaf, but Big Show runs to the ring. Big Show attacks Sheamus.

Winner: Sheamus via disqualification

Ziggler and Show attack Shemus, until John Cena makes the save. Cena picks up Ziggler for the AA, but Ziggler rolls to the floor. Show goes to Chokeslam Sheamus and Cena, but they do a Double Suplex to Show. Big Show is taken out of the ring after Sheamus and Cena shoulder him out.
