Welcome to this week’s Smackdown! The show begins with a highlight of Raw, when The Shield’s attacks are shown. Ryback makes a save, ultimately attacking CM Punk with a chair, ladder and putting him through a table. After that encounter, CM Punk suffered a knee injury rendering him unable to defend his WWE Championship at TLC. In its place, The Shield will face Team Hell No and Ryback in a TLC Match.

Booker T is in the ring with a mic. Booker says he has some business tonight. Booker says when he has business to take care of, everyone knows. Booker has taken it to the ring, streets and even a supermarket. Booker says now it is his responsibility to take care of business, now being the GM of Smackdown. Booker says the feud between Sheamus and Big Show is personal, meaning it will get physical. Booker shows everyone the Titantron.

A highlight from last month is shown, when Sheamus and Big Show fought in a parking lot. Also shown, Sheamus attacking Big Show at Survivor Series after their match.

Booker says in 9 days, Sheamus and Big Show will face in a Chairs Match for the World Champion at TLC. Booker says he is afraid one of these men will do something before that happens. Booker says there will be a “no contact clause” put into effect until TLC. Booker will have the contract signing to make it official. Booker first welcomes Big Show to the ring, followed by Sheamus.

Big Show makes his way to the ring. Sheamus makes his way to the ring.

Booker tells Sheamus that he can disobey, but will lose his title shot. Booker says to Show that if he would do the same, he would be stripped of the World Heavyweight Championship. Shamus and Show both take a seat, as Sheamus first reads the contract. Sheamus grabs the mic saying to Show that having to wait 9 days is like waiting for Christmas. Sheamus says the wait is worth it, when Christmas for him comes early. Sheamus says in the end, he guarantees he will get the ultimate present; the World Heavyweight Championship. Sheamus signs the contract. Show begins reading the contract, but retorts to Sheamus’ comments. Show says the purpose of the contract ensures Sheamus will make it to TLC in one piece. Show says he was hit with a chair about 30-times, but still got up. Show says he only has to hit Sheamus once with a steel chair. Show says Sheamus is too stupid to realize the consequences of their match. Show says he might end Sheamus’ career, which he says he would happily do. Show has experience, but says Sheamus is all about fighting. Sheamus says Show looks ridiculous, but fought Show to the limit at the last two PPV’s. Sheamus says deep down, Show is shaking because he knows that Sheamus could end his career. Show goes to sign the contract, but pushes the table over on top of Sheamus. Sheamus goes to attack Show, but the contract was signed before Sheamus realized. Show begins laughing at Sheamus. Booker makes two matches: Sheamus vs. Alberto Del Rio and Big Show vs. Daniel Bryan, which is next.

World Heavyweight Champion Big Show vs. 1/2 of the WWE Tag Team Champions Daniel Bryan

Daniel begins kicking Show, and backing up. Daniel is headbutt, as Show continues with the attack. Daniel is chopped against the ropes. Bryan kicks Show again, but gets clubbed on the back. Show throws Bryan into the corner, attempting a chop, but Bryan moves. Daniel gets the upper-hand with kicks, but is halted with a Body Slam from Show. Show connects with another headbutt to Daniel, knocking him down to the mat. Daniel crawls up on the ropes, but is chopped in the chest again. Daniel attempts a chop of his own, but to no reaction. Show throws Daniel into the corner, doing a splash in the corner. Show runs the ropes, but has his leg taken out with a Low Dropkick. Show rolls to the floor, as Daniel does a Plancha onto Show. Daniel throws Show into the ring post, as he gets on the apron. Daniel attempts a running knee to Show, but is chopped in the chest.

-Commercials

Show runs the ropes, and connects with an Elbow Drop to Daniel. Pin, but a kick out. Show elbows Daniel’s arm, following by dropping his leg on it. Daniel tries to fight back, but has Show’s weight pressed on his arm. Show twists Daniel’s arm in the ropes, elbowing his shoulder. Daniel kicks away, but is taken down again with Show’s offense on his arm. Show throws Daniel into the corner, charging towards him. Daniel kicks Show, following with a knee to the temple. Daniel does a Running Dropkick to a cornered Show. Bryan preforms a plethora of kicks to Show’s chest, but Show catches the final one. Daniel is picked up for a Chokeslam, but connects with a DDT. Daniel connects with a Roundhouse kick, and pins. Kick out. Daniel goes top rope, but The Shield are spotted in the crowd. Show does a Chokeslam to Daniel off the top rope for the win.

Winner: Big Show via pinfall

The Shield begins attacking Daniel Bryan, but Kane makes his way to the ring for the save. Kane is greeted with a beating, being overwhelmed by the number of The Shield. Ambrose begins punching Kane in the head on the floor, as Roman sets up the announce table. All three men connect  with a Powerbomb, driving Kane through the announce table.

Damien Sandow is in the ring, stating that he has attempted to raise the bar for far to long. Sandow says thus far, it has been a fruitless endeavor. Damien says he will give the honor to someone from the crowd to become his new apprentice. Damien picks someone, as they come in the ring. Sandow tells him to not stand so close. First question: 5 + 5 = ?. The fan answers correctly. Next, Damien asks who is the current president of the United States. Once again, he gets it right. Lastly, Damien asks what genre of art from the Netherlands focuses on still-life painting. The fan has no idea, as Damien shouts the answer. Damien says that man’s beard is a disgrace to faces, saying he has lost. The Miz interrupts.

Miz says he wants Damien to answer his question. Miz asks Damien what Superstar borrows his daddy’s bathrobe and buys their pink trunks from Victoria’s Secret? Miz answers with Sandow, and says “You’re Welcome.” Sandow looks enraged as Miz leaves the ring.

A highlight from Raw is shown, when John Cena and Sheamus defeated Dolph Ziggler and Big Show. Also shown, Vickie Guerrero suggesting to Mr. McMahon that Dolph Ziggler should face John Cena at TLC. Their discussion leads to Dolph defending his Money in the Bank contract in a Ladder Match against John Cena at TLC.

Brodus Clay makes his way to the ring, with Jimmy and Jey Uso following.

3MB make their way to the ring.

Six-Man Tag Team Match: Brodus Clay  and The Usos (Jimmy and Jey) vs. 3MB (Heath Slater, Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal)

Jey and Heath start off with a lock up, as Heath is backed into the ropes. Heath knocks over Jey, and runs the ropes. Jey knocks over Slater, tagging Jimmy. Jimmy connects with a Diving Headbutt off the middle rope. Pin, but a kick out. Drew is tagged, as he stomps Jimmy in the corner. Jimmy kicks Drew in the mid-section, but is taken down with a kick. Clay is tagged as he takes out Drew and the rest of 3MB. Drew is splashed in the corner. Drew is hit with a Fisherman’s Suplex. Jey is tagged, as he goes top rope. Heath and Jinder take out Clay, as Jimmy attempts to make a save. Heath is kicked as he attempts to take Jey off the top rope. Drew pushes the ropes, as Jey meets the turnbuckle groin first. Drew connects with a Future Shock DDT for the win.

Winners: 3MB (Heath Slater, Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal) via pinfall

Wade Barrett is backstage being interviewed by Matt Striker. Wade says Orton shouldn’t be concerned with The Shield, but should be with him and his Bull Hammer. Wade reminds everyone that he has put Orton out of action once before, and intends to do the same tonight.

Kofi Kingston joins JBL and Josh Matthews on commentary. Randy Orton makes his way to the ring. A highlight from Raw is shown, as Orton made quick work of Brad Maddox. After the match, The Shield attacks Randy Orton. Wade Barrett makes his way to the ring.

Randy Orton vs. Wade Barrett

Randy and Wade lock up, as Orton locks in a Side Headlock. Barrett pushes Orton against the ropes, but is taken down with a shoulder. Wade and Orton lock up again, as Barrett locks in a Waist Lock. Orton reverses into one of his own, but Orton is backed into the corner. Barrett whips Orton into the opposite corner, but Barrett is taken down with a Lariat. Orton whips Barrett into the corner, but is kicked in the face. Barret kicks Orton in the ribs, following with an attempted knee drop. Orton dodges it, throwing Barrett to the floor. Orton follows, tries to throw Wade into the steps. Wade reverses, trying to do the same to Orton. Randy eventually gets Wade’s head into the steps. Orton then throws Wade into the barricade. Barrett is rolled back into the ring, but gets out on the opposite side. Barrett throws Orton into the steps, and throws him back in  the ring. Orton kicks Barrett on the apron, attempting a DDT. Barrett throws Orton to the apron, following with a Savate Kick to the gut of Randy.

-Commercials

Barrett has a Headlock applied to Orton, but is kicked. Randy runs the ropes, but is kicked with a Big Boot. Pin, but a kick out. Barrett chokes Orton against the ropes with his knee. Barrett seats Randy on the middle rope, kicking Orton to the outside. Wade follows, slamming Orton back first into the ring. Orton is rolled back in the ring, as Wade follows with a pin. Kick out. Wade connects with a Knee Drop to Orton’s chest. Wade goes to the middle rope, missing with an Elbow Drop. Orton connects with two Clotheslines, followed by a Scoop Slam. Orton connects with a Rope-Hung DDT. Orton calls for an RKO, failing as Wade grabs the ropes. Wade attempts to take the turn buckle pad off, but Kofi Kingston tries to stop him. Wade is distracted, and turns around to eat an RKO.

Winner: Randy Orton via pinfall

Great Khali, Natalya and Hornswoggle are walking backstage for an upcoming match.

The Great Khali and Hornswoggle w/ Natalya vs. Primo and Epico w/ Rosa Mendes

Primo attempts to take out Khali with some punches and a Dropkick, but is chopped. Khali puts Primo in the corner, and chops him. Hornswoggle trips Rosa, as she goes to chase after him. Natalya attacks Mendes, as Khali chops Primo again. Khali goes for a kick to a cornered Primo, but falls to the floor. Primo pulls Hornswoggle in the ring, as Epico is tagged. Primo and Epico begin pushing around Hornswoggle, as Khali begins chopping more times than a Ring of Honor match. Hornswoggle is tagged, as he connects with a Tadpole Splash to Epico for the win.

Winners: The Great Khali and Hornswoggle via pinfall

Raw Rebound

Miz questions CM Punk and his involvement with Brad Maddox and The Shield. On Miz TV, a lie detector test is preformed on CM Punk. If Punk lies, Paul Heyman must face Ryback. Miz asks Punk if he can defeat Ryback by himself. The test shows he may be deceptive, despite it being an opinion. Just as Punk is about to answer if he is involved in The Shield or Brad Maddox situations, The Shield attacks Miz. Hell No comes to the ring, squaring off with The Shield. Ryback makes the numbers even, taking out the members. Ryback follows by attacking CM Punk with a table, ladder and chair.

Antonio Cesaro is in the ring with a mic. Cesaro tells everyone what he has learned so far about America. Cesaro says they are weak, saying the American Dream is a lie. Cesaro says he knows no one will amount to anything. Cesaro says everyone used to pursue the American Dream, but now look like him. A picture of Dusty Rhodes is shown on the Titantron. Cesaro says he has no hope for anyone, saying everyone’s children and grandchildren are going to be worse. R-Truth interrupts.

Truth says Cesaro doesn’t need a new purse or a Ricola, but need a dose of the truth. Truth says here, the truth shall set him free. Truth says when he looks across America, he sees hard working people rising up in hardship. Truth says he sees people trying to make ends meet. Truth says when the time is right, those same people will kick trouble right in their Little Jimmy. Truth says Cesaro is picking a fight with America, saying they will fight back. Cesaro says he is everything that is wrong with the US. Cesaro says Truth is delusional, not for having an imaginary friend, but for failing miserably at trying to take his championship. Cesaro says that’s the truth. Truth says when Cesaro kicks his dog, he will kick his cat. Truth attacks Cesaro, daring Cesaro to take his belt back.

Alberto Del Rio makes his way to the ring. Sheamus makes his way to the ring.

Sheamus vs. Alberto Del Rio

Sheamus and Del Rio lock up, as Del Rio is locked in a Side Headlock. Sheamus does a Headlock Takeover, as Del Rio rolls to the floor. Alberto is put in the corner and punched, but kicks Sheamus in the opposite corner. Del Rio chokes Sheamus with his foot in the corner. Del Rio runs to Sheamus but is kicked. Sheamus follows with a Neckbreaker. Pin, but a kick out. Del Rio locks in a Chickenwing in the ropes, but breaks the hold. Sheamus whips Del Rio, but is kicked. Sheamus follows with a back elbow to the face. Del Rio rolls to the floor, as he has his face smashed into the announce table courtesy of Sheamus. Del Rio is thorn back in the ring, as he shoulders Del Rio in the gut. Sheamus goes to Suplex Del Rio to the floor, but has his neck snapped against the ropes. Del Rio does a Low Dropkick to Sheamus, taking out his legs. Big Show makes his way down the ramp as he watches on.

Del Rio is kneed in the gut, but Alberto connects with a Savate to the gut of Sheamus. Del Rio stomps on Sheamus’ back, following with a Body Slam. Del Rio connects with a Moonsault off the second rope. Pin, but a kick out. Del Rio connects with a Snap Suplex. Pin, but a kick out. Del Rio begins wrenching on the arm of Sheamus, but is seated on the top rope. Del Rio locks in an Arm Bar in the ropes. Del Rio goes top rope, but is greeted by an Axe Handle from Sheamus. Both men are down, as Sheamus is the first to get hit. The two begin trading punches in the middle of the ring, as Del Rio breaks it with a kick to the leg. Sheamus shoulders Del Rio in the corner, following with a knee lift. Sheamus picks up Del Rio, but Alberto gets out. Del Rio goes to run into Sheamus against the ropes, but Sheamus moves away. Del Rio is hit in the chest ten times, followed by a Suplex from Sheamus. Sheamus goes top rope, connecting with a Battering Ram. Pin, but a kick out. Sheamus goes for a Backbreaker, but is hit with a Backstabber. Pin, but a kick out. Del Rio goes for a Cross Armbreaker, but Sheamus reverses into White Noise. Del Rio gets out, ducking a Brouge from Sheamus. Sheamus has his leg caught in the ropes, as Del Rio connects with an Enziguri to the back of Sheamus’ head. Del Rio goes for another Moonsault, but Sheamus moves. Sheamus connects with the Irish Curse, followed by the Cloverleaf. Del Rio is forced to tap out.

Winner: Sheamus via submission

Big Show makes his way to the ring, teasing Sheamus to hit him. Sheamus calls for a Brouge, but instead throws Ricardo Rodriguez into Big Show. Big Show lays in the ring holding his possibly damaged family jewels. Sheamus celebrates over Big Show as the show ends.
