Daniel Bryan rescuing the Miz? Did they ever actually bury the hatchet, or are just expected to forget about the years of hatred between them?

    • Xavier

Really dude? Your gonna nitpick over that. If that’s the case, then no one on the roster should align together because at some point thru out the history of wrestling everybody has pretty much feuded with everybody.

    • Stoney

      This is wrestling
If it happened more than 3 months ago, it didnt happen at all

      • Xavier

Going by jdl’s logic nobody who ever feuded at any point should align because it would be insulting the fans intellect. So that means this new Triple H/Orton/McMahon regime shouldn’t happen because Orton punted Triple H’s wife/Vince’s daughter in the head, Triple H hit Vince with a sludge hammer and drugged his daughter and married her, I can keep going on & on…..I swear some fans aren’t happy unless they’re miserable.

        • jdl

That’s not my logic at all, good job extrapolating far beyond my intended point. Daniel Bryan and the Miz’s careers in the WWE up to this point were strongly defined by their hatred of each other. They were each involved in some of the biggest moments of each others career, you don’t just flip a switch and boom, buddy buddy. Typically you expect some measure of reconciliation for that level of enmity.

Forgive me if I expect some measure of continuity, you deluded fanboys.

          • Xavier

That was 3 years ago. And outside of there stuff in NXT, there feud wasn’t all that great.

LMFAO. Reconcile? What is this, Dr. Phil now. Why would Miz & Bryan reconcile over a feud that took place on NXT 3 years ago? The only one here who’s acting like a deluded fanboy is you.

    • NYYANKEES

they forget everything. Case and point Big Show being cashed in by Daniel Bryan in 45 seconds and him being very pist off then now he is like his # 1 fan.

    • BrooksOglesby

I believe the last time they interacted was when he and Cena were on Miz TV, and Bryan told him to shut up. Of course, continuity is never the first priority in WWE, but I could see commentary justifying it with something like: “Miz and Bryan have never seen eye-to-eye, but he needs all the help he can get against this new regime!”

    • Rayner Chee-bai

Then Trips and Steph should’ve never make Orton the face of WWE as Orton actually punted all both of them and Vince as well. Did they actually bury the hatchet too?

      • Matt

Yes. On RAW. After SummerSlam… You know that long ass promo that closed the show… Wow.

    • Nick K

Simple logic here, Daniel Bryan is in a major feud with orton/shield. The “save” is more about getting his hands on them more than its about helping miz…that’s all.

  • lazypirate

I guess we are supposed to forget that Big Show had that contract that he could do what he wanted and no one could fire him also

    • Justin Lal

Yeah that and how Big Show is Daniel Bryan’s #1 fan after he cashed in on him. I hate how WWE has amnesia with their storylines, but that’s the way they’ve always operated.

      • K!NG

who cares…. triple h never said anything about firing anybody but did show them all they would get their asses kicked if they got involved.

      • Nick K

Yea lets just ignore the fact that triple h forced show into a 3-1 handicap match against the shield. You’re all failing miserably focusing on why these guys shouldn’t get along. Right now for these characters its about getting revenge on triple h than it is about helping eachother. Use your heads people.

So tired of SD MITB winners getting no push until they are about to cash in, Rhodes and Sandow had a good program over the last month then all of a sudden Rhodes is going under to Axel on Main Event and i may be wrong but it seems like he hasn’t won a match in awhile

    • T-Zone

Who? Cody? He’s won 7 of the last 9 matches he’s competed in. Prior to that, he’s lost 7 straight matches. Key word : awhile. He’s managed to bounce back from his losses.

If you actually meant Damien, then I agree. The self professed intellectual savior of the masses (I may have gotten it wrong) is on a 7 match losing streak. He hasn’t won a match since the July 22 broadcast of Main Event.

      • wes

        i meant Sandow

        • T-Zone

Thanks. Had to clarify some of my confusion.
