man come on wwe give it up…listen to the "universe" we dont want to see del rio get any more shots for the title, he got more shots than anybody he stil hasnt won so why are you guys stuffing that PEASENT down our throats if you dont even have the confidence to put him over, there are waaayy more deserving talented athletes who should have a shot for the belt, the ONLY WAY ill go for rio over sheamus is if wwe writers FINALLY DECIDE to let ziggler cash in on rio, and bonus would be if rio had the title less than 45 secs (big show) change it up guys with the loss of so many top cards nows the time to push more talent, take advantage of that, book wisely and stop putting that winey sore losing weak ring skill of a wrestler who sucks on the mic, in the main event…wwe making alot of bad decision no wonder tna is getting all your wrestlers and diva…AND REFEREES FOR FUCK SAKE

if i could have liked this post more then once, i have liked at about 20 times, you are so right. I was a fan of his when he wrestled in mexico, he was amazing, but in the WWE he sunk faster then then a lead shot in the ocean

Dolphs not ready yet, so i'm glad he hasn't cashed in yet. They can't give orton a title shot so soon after he was suspended, so that leaves…del rio….or tensai…which one is better? Big Show would really be the only other option for a heel right now, there aren't any other heels built up enough for sheamus to go against. They let del rio cash in his money in the bank too early and you see what we got for it…Let ziggler build himself up a little bit more and cement himself as a top heel before giving him the gold

They left him off S-Slam because when he came back it was just before the PPV and they didnt see any reason to get him in a feud for the show w/ that little time left to build it. Plus even after he tapped they still had him get his heat back by RKOing Dolph. Plus Randy was the only face left standing and Sheamus was down from the shoe attack.

Alberto del Rio is probably the blandest character on WWE TV. Del Rio’s ring announcer is more over with the crowd than he is. A manager/valet/announcer is supposed to compliment their talent, not overshadow them. I don’t think that Ricardo Rodriguez is anything special, but he’s connecting with the live audience more than del Rio, which should be a concern for WWE management. Just look at a live crowd on PPV or on Raw when del Rio’s talking. It’s as if they couldn’t care less about what he’s saying. Then, when you watch him on Smackdown when he’s talking, the camera shots of the crowd don’t show them reacting to del Rio, but there’s still crowd noise being piped in. That’s a sure-fire sign that something is wrong. I’m not saying that del Rio can’t go in the ring, because he can, but his overall character isn’t good enough to be a main-eventer. The JBL character worked because Bradshaw was the kind of heel that could talk on the mic and incite the crowd enough to make them want to pay to see him get his ass kicked. That’s the heel’s job. Del Rio doesn’t do that. He just bores me to tears. WWE have invested heavily into del Rio over the last two years and to be honest, I don’t think he’s worth it. His character is bland, he can barely cut a decent promo and he’s just not connecting with a live WWE crowd. That’s why he was shipped back to Smackdown earlier this year, so they can create heat for him. I’ve been wrong before, and I probably will be again, but to me, del Rio is bland, boring and brutal to listen to. His gimmick is mid-card at best and I think it’s time WWE realised that and stopped forcing us to accept mediocre as main-event.

People want feuds that are interesting where either person can add some heat to the feud. Does Del Rio have anything new to offer apart from his regular bland promo's? Yes, we all love to hate arrogant & cocky heels but this guy cant even act that part out well. An expression less face, modulation less voice and dull or even boringly dull promo talent…

C'mon – Enough of thrusting del rio down our throats. Give Sheamus a better feud or let him get some rest. Him not fighting is 10 times better than him fighting with del rio…
