So current champ Cena has a heap of faces going for a shot at him and current champ del Rio has a heap of heels chasing him. Very curious who will win each match

    • Xavier

I’m guessing we’ll be getting a heel turn from Bryan or either Orton. I think one of those two wins MITB.

      • Simon Veitch

I agree, would prefer Orton heel though, Daniel Bryan is getting insane pops everywhere now. I’m curious who turns face for smack downs though.

Typically a face v face match can work if you’ve got really good workers like Bryan and Orton on Raw this week, but when you have heel v heel the fans have no one to get behind, so when you have 7 heels it’s bound to get messy

        • Xavier

I’m guessing that Ziggler does a full fledged face turn and beats ADR for the strap.

          • Simon Veitch

I’d be all for that idea, I’m still dirty on the fact that ziggler dropped the belt in the first place after never getting to successfully defend it at all

  • GuyLandau

I am loving this year’s MITB. WHC being chased by up and comers, while the WWE title being chased by awesome established stars. This is how I think it should be. The WHC has really become the modern-day IC title, hasn’t it?

    • K!NG

With-out brand separation the title doesn’t serve the same purpose it once did but i think the constant vacancy’s didnt help its presteige and the lack of star power make it hard to have 2 credible main-event championships

  • D_gilbert88

I hope Ambrose wins this match!! Just don’t think anybody else could have a entertaining feud with Del Rio.

  • Ken

I’m calling it right now: Christian wins WWE Championship MITB and Dean Ambrose wins WHC MITB.

    • Pauluk

Couldn’t disagree more but we shall see. I see either bryan or orton winning the wwe title one and I would like to see Cody Rhodes or wade Barrett step up to the world title challenge. Christian has just come back and is not in the title picture and it’s too soon for ambrose.

  • CJ Blaze

A face and heel ladder matches, huh? Should be interesting. My only disappointment is the fact that there wasn’t any qualifying matches.

  • Phil D. Garrie

I think Ziggler will regain and the briefcase holder will be chasing him. Imagine this scenario, big E protects him for an extended while defending him from any attempt by the mitb winner but eventually down the road Ziggler annoys big E for some reason and he turns on him helpingbriefcase holder cash in

  • Andrew F.

WHC Match is all heels, WWE is all faces…. Meanwhile the WWE Champ is face and the WHC champ is heel…. This should be interesting!!

    • Noelz

I think it definitely means Ziggler is winning his belt back…the wwe championship is a little less predictable…it could be one of the faces turning heel or it could be cena losing the title at some point to a heel

      • Andrew F.

I could see Bryan or Orton winning just for the fact they could both turn heel, however Bryan doesn’t need the MITB Win to move Into the title picture..

  • Cubed56

I hope sandow wins, he’s really stepped up to another level against Sheamus and has proven he can be in the main event both on the mic and in the ring. I’m all for Ambrose, but it feels to early and if he wins I think it would be the beginning of the end for the Sheild, which IMO should remain intact till closer to WM season.

    • Xavier

Great minds think alike. Sandow is the logical choice too win this. I think he’s the most ready & deserving of this push out of the bunch.

      • Cubed56

Only issue is, if Sandow wins, it would mean Ziggler would have to win against ADR, because I don’t see them having a heel v heel feud.

        • -|AZ|-

How can Ziggler winning against Del Rio seem like an issue?

By the looks of it, the E is tryin to turn Ziggler face and if he gets back the WHC from Del Rio, Sandow Vs Ziggler will be really good

          -|AZ|-

          • Cubed56

Exactly, I’m saying I don’t think Ziggler is gonna win.

  • Xavier

I’m probably in the minority here but I’m looking more forward to the WHC MITB match then the WWE title MITB. But honestly, I always felt it would be better just too have one MITB ladder match, I think having one briefcase winner adds unpredictability to the whole angle, I always thought it was more exciting not knowing which title the briefcase holder would case in on. Hopefully one of the winners will actually challenge for the title (like RVD in 06 or Cena last year) instead of the same usual “let me wait till after the match too try and get a cheap win” routine we’ve gotten time & time again

    • Cubed56

I agree one MITB match would be better, but at the same time I like the WHC one just for the fact it elevates a an upper mid-card talent to main event status.

  • jdl

C’mon, Cody! This is the perfect shot for them to pull the trigger on that main event push he’s deserved for the last year and a half.

  • Moe

One person I definitely don’t see winning is Fandango, I also don’t see Swagger winning it.

I consider Ambrose the “dark horse” here as he does have a chance of winning it, BUT he’s already holding the US title. Unless, they’d be planning to put two titles on him as to what they did with Goldberg back in WCW. However, he’s not my main bet.

I would’ve liked to see Barrett win since I think he’s been deserving of a chance for a long time now, but he recently just got of the Intercontinental title program so it’s too quick for him.

Down to the final three who I would like to win: Cesaro, Rhodes and Sandow. Out of them, I think I got to go with Cesaro on this one. Rhodes Scholars are still kind of in the tag division here while Cesaro is getting a great opportunity here to regain himself. ALSO, because he’s with Zeb and I don’t see why they can’t continue the whole storyline that Swagger was involved in with a new and more deserving talent.

Add curtis axel to the world heavyweight championship mitb and add Miz to the WWE championship match
