Stipulation To IC Title Match To Be Announced During WWE Extreme Rules Pre-Show

WWE announced today on dot com that the stipulation to Big Show vs. Cody Rhodes for the WWE Intercontinental Championship at Extreme Rules on Sunday will be determined in a pre-show wheel spin.

The Extreme Rules pre-show will be broadcast live on the official WWE YouTube channel at 7:30 PM EDT on Sunday and covered live here at WrestlingNewsWorld.com.
