SyFy & WWE Announce Official Details On Next SuperSmackdown Live

- SyFy issued the following press release on the upcoming SuperSmackdown Live:

SYFY PRESENTS “SUPERSMACKDOWN LIVE” TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 21 AT 8PM

NEW YORK – February 10, 2012 – Following the strong ratings of Syfy’s first two SuperSmackDown Live specials, Syfy and WWE today announced the next WWE SuperSmackDown Live special will air Tuesday, February 21 at 8PM (ET/PT).

SuperSmackDown Live will feature WWE’s biggest Superstars and Divas, including World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton, Big Show, Sheamus, Mark Henry, Wade Barrett, Cody Rhodes and Alicia Fox.

The special will encore in SmackDown’s regular time slot on Friday, February 24 at 8PM (ET/PT).

The episode of SuperSmackDown Live on Tuesday, August 30, 2011, became Syfy’s top SmackDown telecast ever among Adults 18-49 with 1.64 million viewers.

I'll have to pass… a new episode of NCIS is on at the same time. Smackdown has lost it's charm, and besides Smackdown doesn't have that adorable Pauley Perette.

I have been liking smackdown more because I feel like Vince leaves that show up to other people that’s why we see sone fresh ideas and some genuine funny moments. Raw is like the super model show while smackdown still feels like old days. Hopefully leading up to wrestlemania we will see some great shows

Will Kelly Kelly be there,along with the Great Khali,because one of my fav superstars are Khali,and Kelly Kelly.If they’re not on SmackDown then I will choose to miss the show.I have a great idea for a match that night,since the WWE doesn’t have a lot of mixed tag team matches,The Great Khali,and Kelly Kelly VS Daniel Bryan.AJ I heard last night on SmackDown would take off her neck thingy,and could wrestle in like a week,or two.So this could be AJ’s first match since the accident.

Everyone that says that SuperSmackDowns are bad are sadly mistaken. WWE actually has made Smackdown into a wrestling show, not a talk/drama/wrestling show like Raw is nowadays.

Whats the point of doing Raw Supershow and Smackdown Supershow because the WWE Network is coming up. Why cant WWE be like the old WWE Raw one brand and Smackdown one day and make it like a soap opera with good story lines for Smackdown to because Smackdown is just like a OVW Show so make it more interesting
