The Miz on Rowdy Crowds

The Miz spoke with The UK Sun about how the European crowds are always the rowdiest. You can read his comments at this link.

Raw in Brooklyn

WWE PPV in Pittsburgh

Euro crowds only get a handful of shows a year. So of course they really get into it when a tour finally comes through their town. U.S. crowds are somewhat numb to it because the vast majority of WWE’s live shows are in the States. Crowds in a lot of U.S. cities get more than one show in their area a year. It’s just not as big of a deal here as it is in Europe. Though crowds like the one Raw had in Jersey a few weeks ago can argue that we have some extremely crazy crowds here from time to time also. Canada always has hot crowds also. Like the Toronto crowd for Mania 18 when they surprisingly booed The Rock out of the building when he was the baby face going up against arguably the best heel character ever in “Hollywood” Hulk Hogan. Nobody predicted the crowd was going to react that way that night. Especially after all the crazy things the nWo did to Rocky during the build-up. Hogan crushed Rock’s ambulance with a tractor trailer truck and basically “killed” him, , and the crowd still cheered their head’s off for him. That’s why Lawler always called Canadien crowds “Bizarro World”. lol

  • I’ve read it’s the Royal Rumble and I’m so pumped! We haven’t had one since 2009 and nkw we are getting my favorite one
