Am I the only one who's getting sick of Zack Ryder?
I have absolutely no interest in seeing him whatsoever these days. Not with this gimmick at least. I don't find him funny or entertaining or interesting in any way. He's just annoying, and I'm not even sure he connects strongly enough with me to be called that.
Same with Santino Marella now I think of it. They've both become such pointless jokes that they're not even funny any more. Not even a flurry of success could revitalise their characters now. They both need a serious gimmick change.

I hear what you're saying, but Zack Ryder isn't even on TV enough nowadays to become "sick" of him..

Mine is a persistent illness. I just can't seem to shift it.
Every time I think I'm cured I have a sudden case of Ryder-relapse.

Richard – Despite your most recent post, TNA is hardly a "competitor" of WWE. It doesn't come even close. Set aside the fact that WWE has a much more impressive roster, the more relevant factor is that WWE is a powerful global brand with unparalleled reach among its target markets. Their television deals, merchandise licensing contracts and gate receipts are worth billions. TNA rents out space in a studio, has to offer free admission to their tapings, and is solely relying on nominal PPV buys to cover their operational expenses. Do you really think that Vince McMahon is testing the waters with the Ric Flair legal affair? Of course, he's not going to ignore legal counsel, but he's hardly afraid of TNA, which is most certainly NOT a competitor.
