TNA House Show Results From Troy, Ohio - 01/25

I attended the TNA House show earlier in Troy, OH and thought u might want the results.
Opening match was Elix Skipper and Petey Williams vs Motor City Machine Guns. Senshi was advertised in the promo but was apparantly replaced by Petey. Anyway, the Guns hit alot of offense and pinned Skipper with the double kick combo finish they do.
Next up was Shark Boy vs James Storm. Shark did his Austin gimmick which I love. Funny match with the crowd into it along with the ref. Shark Boy hit the stunner for the win after a fan supported comeback. Shark Boy was on the mic after the match hitting his new catch phrases.
Next up was Amazing Kong defending the Knockout's title vs Miss Jackie. This was kind of a squash. This was advertised as Traci Brooks vs Kong. ANother change was made.
Next was the tag team titles on the line as AJ Styles and Tomko defended against LAX. In a pretty wild match the champs retained. I will tell u this, Hernandez is an amazing athlete for his size. Its more impressive to see live and his TV matches dont do him justice. After the match AJ and TOmko announced to the crowd that during intermission they would be signing autos at the souvenir stand. 8x10 photos were only 5 bucks and they auto it free. I didn't wait in the long line but many did. 20 plus minute intermission.
Next up was Jay Lethal going after the X-division title from Johnny Devine. Hot Shot had a nice catchy pre match promo. Very Solid match by these 2 with Devine holding the ropes for a cheap win.
Next match was Booker T vs Robert Roode. This was advertised as Roode vs Samoa Joe. Main event is now Joe vs Angle for world title. No title shot for Booker yet. Booker and Roode had a very nice match with lots of false finishs. Booker got the W.
Main Event was Joe vs Angle. Crowd was hot for both guys, not a surprise. It was actually a less then 10 minute match, kind of disappointing, with Angle getting the win after a belt shot to the head of Joe. After the match Joe gave Angle the musclebuster and left to alot of boos.
After the show Kurt Angle thanked everyone for coming and offered to take pics with fans in the middle of the ring for a mere 20 bucks. Long line. While this was going on, the wrestlers came out and walked around ringside signing free autos and taking pics. The only wrestlers that did not come out were Booker, Roode, Joe, Shelley, Sabin, Kong, and Jackie. Miss Brooks appeared at ringside as well.
Overall good show for the fans that were there, I guess. I was a little disappointed that there were no Team 3D, Abyss, Christian, or Christopher Daniels. Overall good work with some cheezy endings. I hate how TNA treats fans like they are 10 yrs old.
Ring of Honor was running a show at the same time in Dayton 20 miles down the road so fans in this area had a good night of wrestling.
