TNA iMPACT! Opener:
We start off with the start of the Angle Alliance as well as the end of the Christian Coalition. We go to Jeremy Borash he talks about the Christian Alliance Angle Coalition in a match tonight. Jeremy Borash sees Robert Roode and Christian Cage talking in the stairwell. Christian says that you cannot trust anybody. He says that A.J. and Tomko cost him the Ladder Match against Kaz. Now Booker T is coming in to TNA. He says that Booker is here to take Roode’s spot. He says that Booker does not respect Roode. Christian says that he is a vet and he is worried about a guy like Roode who has all the talent in the world from being tattooed with Welcome on his forehead. Roode talks about the revolving door of has beens and he mentions Nash, Hall, and Booker. Roode says that he will take care of the Booker T situation and Booker will learn that it pays to be Roode tonight.
In the arena:
Booker T and Sharmell come to the ring. Booker asks what is up with everyone. Before he starts on this journey, he wanted to address everyone. Booker plugs his website and he says that it has been blowing up. Everybody wants to know why he left the WWE. He says that he left for many many reasons. When the book comes out, he is going to tell everyone why he left. Booker says that tonight he is going to talk about why he is in TNA. He says that it is the hottest thing going. He is here to test his wits and skills against some of the youngest competitors and take TNA to the higher level. Booker says that he is going to make TNA the best damn wrestling organization in the world. He wants to go out the same way he came in eighteen years ago, shocking and amazing the crowd. Booker asks if we can dig. Robert Roode comes out with Traci Brooks. Roode tells Booker why he is not welcome in TNA. Roode introduces himself to Booker and he says that he is the future of this company. For the last four years, he has been busting his butt working his way up the ladder, some washed up has been from the other side of the track comes in to push him back down. Roode tells everyone to shut up, including Booker. Roode tells Booker that he is not going to push him down that ladder and take his spot. Roode suggests that Booker prove himself tonight. Roode tells Booker that they should leave their skanks in the back. Booker talks about getting cans of ass whoop. Booker leaves the ring and security leaves their watch of the snack table and get between Booker and Roode. Roode challenges Booker to a match tonight and it is going to happen. We go to commercial.
Backstage:
We are back and it is time to go to Crystal with Christy Hemme, Lance Hoyt, and Jimmy Rave. Crystal mentions Christy and Jimmy’s match against Gail Kim and Eric Young. Crystal then talks about the issues that Christy has with LAX. Christy mentions that she was brutally attacked and Cornette does nothing about it. Christy yells at Rave and she tells him not to mess up this match or he will be sorry.
Mixed Tag Team Match
Eric Young and Gail Kim vs. Jimmy Rave and Christy Hemme
The start:
Christy throws Gail down by the hair and then she pushes Gail. Christy misses a forearm and Gail with an arm bar but Christy gets to the ropes. Gail tries for an arm drag but Christy holds on to the ropes. Rave tags in and Young enters the match as well. Rave with a knee to Young but Young with a side head lock. Young with a Thesz Press and punches. Rave with a Fujiwara arm bar but Young rolls through. Rave with an arm bar submission but Young picks up Rave and puts him on the turnbuckles. Hoyt pulls Young into the ring post and Rave with a drop kick to Young.
The Finish:
Rave punches Young and Christy wants to get into the match. Rave with a boot to Young’s face. Rave goes up top but Young catches Rave with a reverse atomic drop. Hoyt comes into the ring and Young throws Hoyt over the top rope. Young with a clothesline to Rave. Hemme sends Kim into the turnbuckles but Gail moves out of the way. Kim with a rana to Rave but Hemme pulls Gail down but Gail with a rollup for the three count.
Winners - Gail Kim and Eric Young
The Aftermath:
After the match, James Storm and Jackie Moore come to the ring and Storm has some beer. Storm says that it is time for the second annual drinking championship and he wants his strap back. There is a table being set up in the ring and it will be a speed drinking challenge. We go to commercial.
Back on iMPACT:
We are back and it is time for some drinking. The referee goes over the rules. Eric Young wins the match in a bit of an upset. Storm hits Young in the head with a beer bottle and Young is bleeding like a stuck pig and then Storm hits Young in the head with a chair. Storm punches Young in the head and then hits the Eye of the Storm. Storm says that he is the world drinking champion.
Backstage:
We go to the back where Jeremy Borash is with A.J. Styles and Tomko. Jeremy wants to know if everyone will be able to get along. Styles says that everyone will be working together as a unit. There will be no problems and no worries. They are like a family. Like the Walton. Tomko calls A.J. ‘John Boy’ and points out that Kurt and Christian hate each other. A.J. talks about Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton; and David Lee Roth and Eddie Van Halen getting back together. We go to commercial.
Anything Goes, Big Boys Street Fight
Team 3D vs. Sonjay Dutt and Jay Lethal
The start:
Team 3D use Johnny Devine as a diversion as Team 3D attack Lethal and Dutt. Ray with an elbow to Dutt while Devon chokes Lethal. Ray chokes Dutt in the ropes and Devon punches Lethal. Lethal and Dutt hit drop kicks to the back and Team 3D go to the floor. Dutt and Lethal with pescados onto Ray and Devon. Dutt and Lethal get a table and set it up on the floor. All four men fight into the crowd. Lethal with a cross body from the bottom of the bleachers. Dutt with a springboard cross body from the ring into the crowd. While the match is still going on, Dutt and Lethal celebrate in the crowd as we go to commercial.
The Finish:
We are back and Dutt hits a 450 splash on Ray and then Lethal with an elbow drop but he only gets a two count. Dutt and Lethal turn their attention to Devon while there are weapons in the ring. We see footage from during the commercial when trash cans were being used while Team 3D was getting fed by Dutt and Lethal. Dutt goes up top and hits a somersault kick into the trash can held in front of Devon while in the tree of woe. Dutt and Lethal go up top but Devine hits Lethal with the kendo stick and Lethal goes through the table. Team 3D hit the 3D on a distracted Dutt for the three count.
Winners - Team 3D
The Aftermath:
After the match, Ray has nunchuks and he hits Lethal while VaLizabeth watches. Devon attacks Dutt but Shelley and Sabin make the save.
Backstage:
We go to the back where A.J. Styles is begging for Angle to talk to Christian while Tomko and Karen watch. Styles reminds Angle who they are wrestling tonight and he says that they need to talk about this. Angle wants to know what they have to talk about. Styles says that Karen said that A.J. could be on both teams. Karen says that she did what she had to do to take care of business. Kurt tells Karen that she is going to talk to Christian to deal with things. A.J. tells Tomko that everything is going to be great. We go to commercial.
Rhino vs. Rellik
Rellik with a kick and punch to Rhino but Rhino responds with punches of his own. Rhino with a shoulder tackle and then he slams Rellik’s head into the turnbuckle followed punches. Rhino with an Irish whip and clothesline followed by a belly-to-belly suplex. Rhino sets for the GORE but Rellik sends Rhino into the corner and Rellik hits a spinebuster. Rellik with kicks and an elbow drop followed by punches. Rellik chokes Rhino. Rellik with a punch and Rhino goes down. Rellik with kicks to Rhino followed by a running boot but Rhino pops up and goes to the floor. Rellik with a side head lock but Rhino gets back to his feet. Rhino with a spinebuster and then he hits the GORE for the three count.
Winner - Rhino
The Aftermath:
After the match, Black Reign attacks Rhino. Abyss comes to the ring as well and he has a bag in his had. Abyss punches Black Reign and Rellik. Abyss throws Black Reign out of the ring and Rhino does the same to Rellik.
Backstage:
Jeremy Borash is in the back with A.J. Styles and Tomko as they are outside Christian’s dressing room. A.J. says that he has to pee. Borash talks about what he learned from Karen Angle. A.J. wants Tomko to go in first. They enter the dressing room and Christian is on the phone. A.J. tries to hug Christian and Christian pushes A.J. against the wall. Christian wants to know why it took three weeks to talk to him. Christian talks about what A.J. did last week. Christian wants to know what Tomko is doing here. Christian says that it could have gotten really ugly, but he says that he had a moment of clarity. Christian says that he does not need A.J. and Tomko, but they needed him. Christian says that the Christian Coalition is no more. A.J. wants it to continue. A.J. says that both of them are his boss. A.J. talks about when he was a kid and he worked for his dad and his aunt. Christian says that he is not A.J.’s father. Christian asks A.J. if he would embarrass his father. Christian tells A.J. that he can go find his other boss and explain to him what is going on. A.J. says that he is going to get Karen and Christian is not happy. We go to commercial.
Back on iMPACT:
We are back with more from A.J.’s attempt to get some peace in the midcardle East. Christian is with Tomko while Karen Angle and Jeremy Borash represent the Angle Alliance. A.J. says that they are doing this for the betterment of TNA and mankind. A.J. wants Christian and Karen to shake hands. A.J. begs Karen to do it and he does the same to Christian. Karen gets up and offers her hand to Christian. Christian gets up and he shakes her hand. A.J. tells Tomko that he knew it would work and it is time for a group hug. Christian says that he needs to talk some business with Karen. Christian tells Karen that tonight he is going out there for one reason and one reason only. That is to win. He says that business is business. Christian says that if Kurt or her try to screw him, that is the worst thing they can do.
Robert Roode vs. Booker T
The start:
Roode goes to the apron before locking up. They finally lock up and Roode with a clean break but Booker blocks a punch and Booker punches Roode. Booker with forearms to Roode followed by a back heel kick for a two count. Booker with a spinebuster for a two count followed by a reverse chin lock. Roode backs Booker into the corner and he connects with shoulders. Roode punches Booker but Booker with punches and chops that send Roode to the mat. Booker with a suplex for a two count. Roode with a hot shot to Booker followed by a swinging neck breaker for a near fall and we go to commercial.
The Finish:
We are back and Roode with a rollup for a two count. We see a storm cloud in the back of the bleachers as Roode’s number one fan is watching the action. Roode with a rear chin lock but Booker gets back to his feet. Booker with chops and punches but Roode with an Irish whip but he charges into an elbow. Roode with another spinebuster but he can only get a two count. Roode with a DDT and he gets a two count. Traci Brooks gives Roode the steel chair but the referee is not looking. Roode swings and misses but Booker with a kick to Roode. Booker with a kick to the midsection and then he hits the scissors kick for the three count.
Winner - Booker T
The Aftermath:
After the match, Christian attacks Booker T and Roode joins in the attack. Christian uses the chair on Booker. Sharmell is backed into the corner but Frankie Kazarian comes into the ring and he makes the save for Booker. Roode and Christian are thrown out of the ring as Kazarian and Booker stand together in the ring.
Backstage:
We go to Crystal in the back with Scott Steiner. Scott wants to know why he is in an eight man tag because he does not like his partners. Steiner wants to know why Jim Cornette has not given him a title match. Crystal tells Steiner about the Feast or Fired Match and she explains the rules to him. Steiner wonders who would fire him. We go to commercial.
Eight Man Tag Team Match
Kurt Angle, Christian Cage, AJ Styles and Tomko vs. Samoa Joe, Scott Steiner, Abyss and Kazarian
The start:
teiner and Styles start things off and Steiner sends Styles to the mat and poses. Styles tags in Tomko. Styles jumps on the apron and he flips into the ring. Tomko gets embarrassed and Styles wants to get back into the match. Styles is tagged back in but Styles tags Tomko in. Tomko and Steiner lock up and Tomko misses a punch. Steiner with chops to Tomko. Steiner with a clothesline followed by the flex elbow and push ups. Joe tags in and he connects with an elbow and punches to Tomko. Joe with an Irish whip and flying back elbow followed by a kick. Joe with a chop, kick, and knee.
Mid-match notes:
Kazarian is tagged in and he kicks Tomko but Tomko with a chop. Kazarian with a kick and forearm. Kazarian with a drop kick to Tomko. Abyss tags in and he connects with a forearm to Tomko’s back. Abyss with punches in the corner. Tomko punches Abyss but Abyss with an Irish whip but he charges into an elbow. Tomko charges into a big boot from Abyss. Angle with a knee to Abyss’s back from the apron but Abyss knocks Angle off the apron. Tomko with a big boot and then Tomko throws Abyss to the floor. Angle punches Abyss while Styles and Christian join in. Styles tries to push Abyss into the ring but he cannot get him in by himself. The referee keeps Abyss’s tag team partners out of the ring. Angle tags in and he kicks and punches Abyss. Styles tags in and he kicks Abyss in the back. Styles punches Abyss but Abyss tosses Styles into the mat. Styles tries to keep Abyss from making the tag but Steiner tags in and he hits clotheslines followed by overhead belly-to-back suplex to all four of his opponents. Steiner slams Christian’s head into the turnbuckle. Kazarian tags in and hits a missile drop kick to Christian from Steiner’s shoulders. Kazarian with a drop kick to Angle. Angle with a German suplex that sends Styles onto his chest. Christian drops Kazarian on the top rope and then hits a running knee lift that sends Kazarian to the floor. We go to commercial.
We are back and Kazarian punches Christian and tries to make the tag but Christian sends Kazarian into the corner. Kazarian with a desperation drop kick on Christian. We see footage during the break of A.J. Styles trying to be peacekeeper with Angle and Christian while Tomko worked over Kazarian. Back to live on tape action and Angle with a European uppercut for a near fall. Angle with a waist lock but Tomko and Styles knock Kazarian’s partners off the apron. Angle with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex to Kazarian but he can only get a two count. Tomko is tagged back in and he connects with knees to Kazarian. Tomko with a snap mare. Tomko with an Irish whip but Kazarian gets his feet up and then hits a tornado DDT. Joe and Christian tag in and Joe with punches. Joe with a chop to A.J. and then he hits a flying knee. Joe tries for the muscle buster but Christian gets out of the corner. Joe with power slam on Christian for a two count. Joe with a dragon screw leg whip to Styles. Angle with an Olympic Slam on Joe. Abyss with a Black Hole Slam to Angle.
The Finish:
Tomko with a choke slam to Abyss. Steiner with a T-Bone Suplex to Tomko. Christian with an inverted DDT to Steiner. Kazarian with Wave of the Future and then Styles hits the springboard moonsault into an inverted DDT on Kazarian. Joe recovers and he puts Styles in the Choke. Christian hits Joe from behind. Joe with a kick to Christian. Christian tries for the Unprettier but Styles hits the Pele on Christian. Joe gets Styles out of the ring and then Joe hits the muscle buster on Christian for the three count.
Winners - Samoa Joe, Scott Steiner, Kazarian and Abyss
The Aftermath:
We see Scott Hall and Kevin Nash at the Chute of Facial Impact as we go to credits.
