The Miami Herald ran an article featuring quotes from Abyss over the weekend. While the article was primarily to promote last night's Slammiversary pay-per-view, Abyss revealed he gave up his job in the private sector in which he was earning $70,000 a year to make $9,200 his first year wrestling.
