Assault Charges Against Ric Flair's Wife Dropped

TMZ is reporting that a Charlotte, North Carolina judge tossed out assault charges against Ric Flair's wife Jacqueline Beems earlier today. The judge said the District Attorney didn't have enough evidence to prosecute her. Flair reportedly took the stand but did not offer any testimony.

Beems was arrested on February 21, 2010 after an altercation with her husband. The couple were married last year.
