Jeff Hardy is scheduled to be back in the Superior Court of Moore County, North Carolina on Thursday. Hardy faces multiple drug charges stemming from his arrest last September.
His court date has been delayed multiple times, leading many to believe there is not much of a case against him. In case you haven't seen the charges we've detailed what seems like 100 times, they are as follows:
* Felony drug trafficking, two felony charges of possession of a Schedule III controlled substance or drug.
* Felony possession of cocaine and a felony charge for maintaining a dwelling for retribution of controlled substances
* Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia
* Conspiracy to traffic opium for trafficking four or more grams but less than fourteen grams of opium/heroin
