Jeff Hardy has been sentenced to serve ten days in jail and 30 months of probation, in addition to paying a $100,000 fine stemming from his September 2009 arrest on drug charges.
Hardy pled guilty as a part of his plea deal to keep him out of prison for a longer time, so the prosecution dropped most of the charges, though they insisted that he stay in a drug abuse treatment program. Hardy was granted the ability to travel out of North Carolina to continue working with Impact Wrestling.
