Jeff Hardy's defense requested a continuance yesterday in the Superior Court of Moore County, North Carolina. The judge granted the defense's request until Monday, May 10, 2010. Jeff can continue working in TNA while he waits for his trial to continue. He's not confirmed for Sunday's pay-per-view but it's possible he'll make an appearance.
Hardy is facing a total of five felonies, a misdemeanor charge and a conspiracy charge. You can view his public court record at this link. Hardy is being represented by attorney James R. Van Camp out of Pinehurst, North Carolina.
