- TNA Wrestling continues to heavily pursue Jim Ross but no deal has been reached. JR has not denied or confirmed interest in TNA but we can confirm from multiple sources the company wants him on their announce team. The main selling point seems to be they can offer JR a lighter schedule that will not involve much travel, something that could interest JR given his health and the state of his career. JR's contract with WWE is coming up soon and he will be a free agent and it certainly seems he has put himself in a position to entertain offers from both companies.
