Shane Helms has taken to Twitter to defend his friend Matt Hardy after Driving While Impaired allegations resulted in his arrest and subsequent release from Impact Wrestling.
While many of Shane's Tweets contain language not appropriate for print, here's one:
My friend was "charged" not "convicted" . . . so I'm not sure what's legit. And don't play the "What If?" game. That's just stupid.Richard Reacts: As I stated last night, I feel bad for Matt and would rather see him helped than condemned. However, Shane should probably stay off Twitter. By playing into Hardy's critics, not only is he not helping his friend but he is feeding into the negative image that Matt so badly needs to fix.
