Trenesha Biggers Says She Plans To Re-File Her Case Against Kurt Angle

Trenesha Biggers says she isn't giving up on her case against Kurt Angle.

"We are going to push to re-file this again with the DA, which we are going to do," she told KDKA out of Pittsburgh. "We will be able to submit the confessions and voicemails and all the other evidence that we have."

Angle says he's the one who tried to call police during the August incident and accuses Biggers of trying to extort $50,000 from him.

All charges were dropped and the case was dismissed on Tuesday.
