TNA Impact Taping Results (5/08) *Spoilers*

The following report was written by Wrestling News World's Orlando correspondent Derek Severt:

The Motor City Machine Guns & Kaz b. Black Reign, Rellik, & Lance Hoyt

TNA Impact - Air Date 5/08
Orlando, Florida

The taping opens with Jim Cornette announcing that Sting and James Storm will team together for the Deuces Wild Tag Team Tournament at Sacrifice. This leads to an altercation between Sting and Storm because Storm says he doesn't want to partner with Sting. Cornette makes Sting vs. Storm in a No DQ match for later in the show.

Jimmy Rave b. Petey Williams, Curry Man, Shark Boy, Johnny Devine, & Consequences Creed in a six-man non-title X Division singles match.

In a backstage segment, Jim Cornette announces that they will have a pole match where all the Knockouts will compete. The winner will have immunity from getting their head shaved at the Sacrifice Hair match.

Gail Kim b. all of the Knockouts that will be involved in the match at Sacrifice.

Sting b. James Storm in a No DQ match. The action went in the crowd and involved a table.

Jim Cornette comes out to pick another team for the Deuces Wild Tag Team tournament. Cornette blindly picks Matt Morgan and Kip James. This leads to Kip and Morgan talking trash to one another with Morgan eventually telling Kip to suck it which leads to a brawl. Cornette makes it an impromptu match.

Matt Morgan b. James Storm

Scott Steiner & Kurt Angle b. Samoa Joe & Kevin Nash with Steiner getting the pin on Nash. After the match, Angle attacked Steiner.
