TNA Impact Taping Results (7/23 & 7/30) Spoilers

TNA Wrestling taped this week's edition of Impact last night from Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. They also taped material for the following week's edition of Impact. The order in which this airs is subject to change but below is what was taped last night in the order in which it was taped:

Dark Matches:

* The Motor City Machineguns b. Lethal Consequences

* Dr. Stevie w/Daffney b. Cody Deanor w/ODB (this may have been a Webmatch)

TNA Impact:

* Taz opened the show with a promo about coming into the company, talking up his prior success. He said he got the chance to call some of the best matches in WrestleMania history. He talked about the untapped potential of TNA and in particular Samoa Joe. Taz said tonight Joe will win the X Division Championship.

* TNA X Division Champion Homicide b. Samoa Joe via disqualification
- After the match Joe started to beat down Homicide and Hernandez ran out and made the save.

* Kurt Angle came out and cut a heel promo and announced Kevin Nash will defend the TNA Legend's Championship and Booker T & Scott Steiner will defend the TNA Tag Team Championship. Angle shifted his focus on Mick Foley which resulted in him limping out to ringside. Angle called Foley "old tapper" and the crowd started chanting "you tapped out". Angle pulled out a set of keys with a large TNA keychain on them which he revealed as the keys to Mick Foley's office. Angle said they are going to put them on a pole tonight and Foley will have to climb up with his sprained ankle to get it. You guessed it, Kurt Angle vs. Mick Foley in a "Keys on a Pole" main event.

* TNA Legend's Champion Kevin Nash b. Amazing Red to retain

* Brutus Magnus, Doug Williams, Rob Terry, Kiyoshi & Sheik Abdul Bashir b. AJ Styles, Daniels, James Storm, Robert Roode and Eric Young in a 10-man tag team match

* TNA Tag Team Champions Booker T & Scott Steiner b. Rocco & Sally Boy to retain

* Traci won a Knockout Battle Royal featuring ODB, Alissa Flash, Sojo Bolt, Daffney, Sarita, Taylor Wilde, Angelina Love, Awesome Kong, Velvet Sky, Tara and Madison Rayne.

* Mike Tenay & Don West explained Matt Morgan and AJ Styles will have a best 2 out of 3 match series over the next few weeks on Impact.

* AJ Styles b. Matt Morgan to take a 1-0 lead which will air on next week's show, not Thursday.

* Mick Foley vs. Kurt Angle in a "Keys on a Pole" Match ended in no contest
- The Main Event Mafia ended up coming out (along with Samoa Joe and Taz) as well as Bobby Lashley. Lashley teased he was joining the Main Event Mafia but took out Angle. The show ended with Foley and Lashley standing tall with the Main Event Mafia retreating down the ramp.
