Tyson Tomko is still in the process of completing an inpatient drug rehabilitation program in Florida. According to his attorney James McCune, Tomko has one month left in the facility which is one of the best in the world.

WWE is footing the bill for Tomko’s treatment that, according to McCune, is “a lot of money.”

Following the conclusion of Tomko’s rehab, he’ll enter six months of outpatient treatment in transitional home at the same facility.

Tomko was arrested on October 10, 2011 when he was caught injecting stolen oxycodone in the bathroom of a Chili’s restaurant.
