Triple H posted the following to Twitter late Tuesday night:

This comes just a few days after Warrior was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, and only 24 hours after appearing on Monday Night Raw. We'll have more on this story as it develops.

  • Mr. X

Rest In Paradise Ultimate Warrior! You were a true icon, and we are all so Glad you and HHH could make the deal to see in the ring one last time, and see you personally inducted into the Hall of Fame! R.I.P.

  • OMG. RIP to Warrior. :'(

  • What?! I just saw him at the airport this morning!

  • justin

Wow that really sucks R.I.P. Ultimate Warrior.

  • Julio Cabrera

No Way! He was just on Raw!!! Wow!

  • Ibra

Wow. Rest in peace warrior. I’m glad that he made amends with the wwe before he died tonight.

  • boston316

    theres no way

  • Xavier

Wow, I really didn’t wanna believe this at first but all reports I’ve read so far confirm this. I’m deeply saddened by this. Talk about the timing as well, he had just returned to the WWE. I was really looking forward to seeing him in an ambassador role with the company. This is really sad. My prayers go out to his family.

      This is just surreal.
Saturday he’s inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Sunday he makes an appearance with the rest of this years class at WrestleMania.
Monday he cuts a promo on Raw in almost full warrior get up even tried to shake the ropes but were to stiff for him.
Tuesday morning Stephanie McMahan tweets a photo of him and Vince hugging something no-one would ever think would happen.
      Tuesday night he dies WTF.
So sad, So tragic, So surreal.

RIP Warrior. After watching his HOF speech, I undoubtedly believe that he left this world finishing up in the business that he loved so much.

There are no words for the shock I am feeling right now. He was going to be a WWE Ambassador. He was finally back… And then this happened.

  • Charles

That whole segment on RAW seemed very odd and almost sad to watch and now this.
Hate to jump to conclusions but a man that legally changes his name to Warrior coming out to adress his fans one last time unable to run or jog to the ring or really even shake the top rope anymore.
This whole weekend must have taken a huge toll on the guy.
    Hopefully he is at peace.

Considering he spoke out against things like you are suggesting, I think you really are jumping to conclusions.

      • Charles

Must have missed that part between spirits living on and warriors running forever.
        Nobody knows what happened yet.
Everyone will have their own thoughts until we do.

        • Bob’s Diner

He collapsed outside his hotel and was taken to hospital. I hope that clears that up for you

  • Ted

The way he spoke at RAW it’s almost as
if he knew… Observe his speech really closely. I’m very sad to hear this RIP Warrior.

  • Bob’s Diner

Very sad. As someone who grew up watching Ultimate Warrior but was never a fan, he really won me over with his return – his speech at the Hall of Fame was really strong and I am glad he got one final chance to connect with his fans and the crowds before this happened.

    RIP Warrior

  • BIG M

WTF he was just on Raw yesterday what happened.
    This is just really shocking.
