Tyler Reks Starts “MidCard Mafia” Animated Video Series

Tyler Reks has released an animated video of himself, Curt Hawkins, Tyson Kidd, and Drew McIntyre, the first episode of a series called “MidCard Mafia.” Reks explained the choppy audio and basic animation with this message on his YouTube channel: “Sorry guys, I’m not a pro animator. I’m just a dude with a laptop and sound bites recorded on 3 different phones, trying to make it all sound good. Plus, its just the pilot.” The first episode is embedded below:

    Are you serious bro? WWWYKI

Holy Moses, that was bad. He should apologize for more than just how bad the audio and animation are.

He said he was not a computer expert

      • jdl

His lack of skill with a computer doesn't make up for the godawful acting and writing.

Aww, it's doesn't actually feature Drew McIntyre as a voice actor. They've lost me!

since when did they become midcard? I thought they all were just jobbers.

I have to disagree with all the other comments.

I think it's great that Reks did something and had fun with it. Even better is how he gave Ryder props for stepping out of the box and showing him it's worth doing something fun.

Huge props to Reks and I think he should be given a chance to talk as he has a lovely voice. Rather then ripping them apart for what was done wrong, give them credit for having fun in doing something silly that he obviously had fun with!

Couldn't agree more. He's not trying to do anything but have fun and get a few people talking!

This is actually pretty entertaining, I like his thinking. You guys are haters, listen to yourselves. The man is a wrestler not a computer technician, give him his props. I look forward to watching more episodes of this.

I always liked Reks for some reason. It seems he has the muscular look that Vince likes with a little something different going for him with the hair. Hope he gets at least a little push in the future. Who knows, maybe this will be a start.
