
Tyson Kidd underwent surgery on his right knee to repair a torn meniscus and possible torn ligaments on Thursday. Kidd touted on his Twitter account that he woke up at 6 AM for one final cardio session before having the surgery. He then posted the following Tweet:

The injury occurred during a WWE holiday live event in December. We were told [by a WWE spokesman] he suffered a torn meniscus and was expected out for six months. Dot com posted a story, detailing a more severe injury but still listed a 6-8 month timetable.
