Wasn’t Paul Bearer technically the first one announced last year after his death and WM was over?

    • Navin T. Ramkissoon

I think they were just honoring him, they never officially announced his induction into the hall. I think that he will go in together with Taker more than likely

wwe may put in William moody aka paul bearer into the hof but he will be a POSTHUMOUS candidate so wwe can’t use him as the headline inductee.

        • Navin T. Ramkissoon

Paul Bearer will be in the HOF Most Definitely But I think It May very Well Be in the Same Year that Undertaker Goes in Which is Hopefully soon

Wasn’t Stu Hart the headliner in 2010? Pretty sure he was quite dead at the time…

          • dean

Stu Hart was never the headline name in 2010; the headliner is the first name announced on raw BEOFORE tickets are put on sale.
It is a “fictional” hof. wwe EVEN PAYS THE INDUCTEES AN APPEARANCE FEE SO THEY WILL SHOW UP FOR THE EVENT.
the only reason why warrior is joining the hof is due to McMahon giving him enough money to show up for the event and give a speech and smile for the cameras.

I think The Million Dollar Man was the headliner in 2010

So… you are contradiciting yourself? Here is what you said:
“wwe can’t use him as the headline inductee”
And Stu Hart was the first named inductee for 2010.
So by your logic, Stu Hart definitely WAS the headline name for the Hall of Fame 2010

And yes, everyone knows the Hall of Fame is a joke. Don’t have to be the champion of wrestling fandom to know that one – certainly no need to yell about it. OMG YOU KNOW INSIDER INFO?!?!?!?!

ted dibiase was the first name mentioned on tv in 2010.

          • Bob’s Diner

Nope – Stu Hart was announced on the first episode of Raw in 2010. Vince told Bret Hart he was going to induct Stu Hart… later retracted it, but still he was the first announced name

Ultimate Warrior is just going into the wwe hall of fame because he is a BIG NAME from the wwe’s past/
Warior’s wwe career was just three years 1988- 1991. He came back in 1992 for a few months and left. He came back in 1996 for a few months and then left for good.
It is good to see vince McMahon burying the hatchet with the wrestlers who caused him trouble back in the day.
At least warrior did not fall into drugs or crime. the wrestlers like ted dibiase are just jealous that WARRIOR USED THE business instead of letting the business USE him.

  • Bob’s Diner

Fair enough – I expected him this year.
While he gets a lot of stick from fans, the guy was one of the biggest names during the boom period of the 80′s.

As for Savage… I’m not sure I’d like to see it, since it would be going against his wishes.

    Where’s Mr. T’s induction???

  • Ken

First Bruno in 2013, now Ultimate Warrior in 2014. Hell has truly frozen over now and in a very good way. I hope Randy Savage will be next, if not this year then next year. In the meantime, someone get JBL in the Hall of Fame, pronto.
