It’s REALLY bothering me that, as of the date and time I’m posting this, WWE hasn’t booked JR to be on the show. IMO he should be the lead announcer and King should do color for the entire show. It just seems like the right thing to do since he was the voice you heard announcing more of those 1,000 Raw’s than anyone else. At least let him call the main event or something. It would be wrong, and just wouldn’t seem right, to have this special of a show and not have JR on it at all. He’s been such a huge part of the show for so many years. If anybody deserves to be on the show, it’s him…

Although he would never say it because he has the utmost class and respect for the business, I believe it bothers JR as well that he wasn’t asked. I think we’ll see him but VKM via company officials won’t tell him until the last minute.

JR always Gets Booked On The Day OF The Event Vince Loves To Make Him Rush

Won't some legends like The Rock and Stone Cold be on the 1000th episode?

Am i the only one shocked by “the divas”??! I mean i know wwe doeznt really care but they actually have names! How low can they go…

JR has, and always will be, a company man first when it comes to the WWE. He may have already been asked, but told to keep it quiet as a last minute surprise for the fans. Vince is livid that with today's technology the fans are always finding out about his plans before he can launch them. It wouldn't surprise me one bit to find out that JR knew all this time that he would be at the 1000th episode, but couldn't say anything for fear of Vince's wrath.
