- The latest on Wade Barrett is that he should be back in plenty of time to have a prominent role at SummerSlam. Barrett suffered a disclosed elbow in February that required surgery to repair. There were originally plans to feature Barrett going over in a match at Wrestlemania 28 but obviously had to be changed due to the injury.
- WWE has announced the June 19th Smackdown taping will take place from the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. Tickets go on sale on Saturday, April 21, 2012.
