Great blog. I think when it comes to your theory on Hogan being in Aces and Eight’s because his beatdown was the only one not shown I think the only reason it wasn’t shown was because of the shape his back was really in at that time. I just don’t think he was in any kind of shape to take a whoopin on camera at that time. If I remember right his most recent back surgery was either right before that or right afterwards.

Loved y2j v zig but I would of booked it differently. I would of had Jericho over ziggler first match…as it was. Then I would of had a clean finish to the whc match. Jericho then to comeout and cut a promo saying how he proved he can still win the main events and he deserves a title match before attacking sheamus then ziggler cashing in. Next night on raw,heel y2j guys a promo saying how he said he would change the world when he returned, him and ziggler ‘show off‘ in the ring. then ziggler to take out Chris putting him out of action, making a instant feud for jerichos return and maybe another WM super match. just my opinion but that’s how o would of booked it.

Guy I also liked Orton losing for once. Also I thonk Bully Ray is somehow involved in the Aces and 8s, look at the evidence he has,never been attackes and he benofitted from their interfence at HJ.

Watching this match I started to think about that as well . I started to think that if I just ignored Cole and closed my eyes. It would be like hearing Vickie watching Ziggler late at night watching him perform on TV all alone.

Well, seeing as last year it was the hottest feud ever, I have no problem with a repeat. Granted, it was all Punk's promo last summer, but Cena combated it wonderfully. This time around I thought Cena outshone Punk, because it was necessary. Punk let Cena outshine him. Now, if you were to ask me who is better overall when they put all their effort to it, I'd have to plead the 5th (even though I'm not an American), as it will be a very close, very enjoyable vocal encounter when that happens.

Cody started taking a backseat after losing the title. He was a mainstay when he held it, and now he's reduced to feuding with Sin Cara. He restored prestige to the IC title, not the other way around. However, the title helped him while he held it, that is what everyone meant. He had a good, long reign and he was on TV every week while it lasted. For some reason WWE doesn't want to feud him in the top of the card yet, but there really isn't much left for him in the midcard, he's better than that.

I didn't want Cesaro to win the US title for Cesaro, I wanted it for the title. Santino was cancerous for it. I am not a big fan of Cesaro's WWE work, I don't care how good he was in ROH (and even by those ring psychology-less standards he wasn't spectacular) he hasn't adapted to WWE well as far as I can tell. I'm continuing to hope he'll prove me wrong, but alas that has yet to happen.

The IC title was NEVER more prestigious than the World title. It was always behind it, the question is by how much.

What the US title was in NWA and WCW days is irrelevant. Nowadays it should be retired so as to not hurt it's name any further, because there isn't room for another upper card title. I say – again – bring back the Euro title to replace it, that idea feels better to me the more I think about it.

I'm a fan of Cesaro since his indie days… But the only way the US title will HELP him is if WWE focuses on it and makes it important once again. IF they don't then having the US title is not going to help him at all.

many fans were happy Cody Rhodes had the IC title and thought it would help him and it didn't (and I'm not a Cody Fan )… Cody has been reduced to trying to unmask Sin Cara…Yeah the IC title really helped him. "Rolls Eyes"

The WWE and World title are the only titles Vince cares about, the Secondary titles the US and IC titles along with TAG Titles don't mean as much to Vince.

The IC title used to mean such more and used to be even more important then the World title.. plus it was the title to have and that was the steping stone for a World title shot…. now that is gone.

The US title goes back to the NWA days and ment more then it does now in WWE. but as I said unless WWE focuses more on the US title to mean something then Cesaro is just holding a usless belt that is nothing but a decoration for his waist.

I liked the fact Slater got a win even if it was against Sin Cara and Rhodes helped. Slater did a great job. I hope to see more of Tyson Kidd. Cena's segment with Punk was great. And I'm glad Orton is back and will be glad to see Barrett come back and shake things up. What happened to Mason Ryan and Ezekial Jackson?

His act is growing dull, but he has very solid and basic work, which I like. I don’t like his work that much though, it was more Randy losing than del Rio winning that I liked.
