What You Won't See On Smackdown; Paul Heyman Says Titus O'Neil Had Breakthrough Moment

- Sheamus beat World Heavyweight Champion Big Show via disqualification in the dark match main event of this week's Smackdown tapings. Show was disqualified when he used a steel chair. Sheamus ended up hitting the Brogue Kick to end the taping and send the crowd home happy.

Titus had fun on commentary. You can tell both Cole and King had fun with him. Hopefully he can transition into something bigger. #washRag

Totally agreed, seriously I was NOT expecting Titus O'Neal to defuse everything and have fun with what was going on commentary. Darren Young felt out of place, but Titus knew what he had to dude and to be honest it was a blast to hear him on commentary.

Man I would never have imagined that Titus would do so well once brought to the main roster. I always thought he was boring as stale during his NXT days. Even when he went heel he was boring. Once he got paired up with Darren and they formed the PTP the rest is history! The PTP is my fav tag team at the moment!

Mine too, along with Team Hell No for comedy value, even though I hate the name.

Millyans ah dollahs, millyans ah dollahs, millyans ah dollars!!!

  • Gary

I like when he barks like a dog…b/c it makes me shake my head and think "wow this guy is stupid."

    • Ace Vivid

He does that because he was Q-Dog in college which is black fraternity. Don’t disrespect hundreds of years of black collegiate history.

  • basss

    Sorry D-Young

  • cagekicker

@ace: lighten up, francis…no one in this whole string brought up race/color..

    • Nostaljack

Totally without meaning to, Gary did. He brought up the barking without any understanding of where it came from.

      • cagekicker

my point exactly. if he didnt understand where it came from, how can he be being disrespectfull or racist as was the inference of ace’s comment?

This week should have scared Darren Young to death. Titus O'Neil has far more charisma than I ever thought possible. Darren simply couldn't keep up. He was left in the dust and clearly I'm not the only one who noticed. I really wish that hadn't happened as I like Darren what's true is true.
