Why Big E Langston vs. Axel Didn’t Happen, The Rock Attached To New MGM Film

- WWE Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel vs. Big E Langston didn’t take place at Tuesday night’s Main Event taping in Charlotte, North Carolina because Langston wasn’t there. He was actually on his way to Ireland with the crew that worked Wednesday in Ireland. I’m not sure why WWE advertised the match in the first place but plans clearly changed.

- If you missed this week’s WWE Main Event you can read our full results report at this link.

- The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is attached to star in MGM’s action project Seal Team 666. He will also executive produce the project. Rock just finished filming Hercules in Budapest and is now shooting Fast & Furious 7.

I’ll tell you why. It’s because sometimes in the staff, the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.
